I mean, I was perfectly happy to assume IT is correct, but the ammount of things that have been pointed out showing stuff has been cut or reused or dummed down makes me a bit deflated

Keep in mind Jennifer Hale doesnt actually play the games. She may have recorded dialogue that takes place after the current ending, and is unaware it hasnt yet been included.

Huh, that quote in that magaize is different than the one I saw earlier.

Developers reuse graphical assets all the time. Bioware is no different.

During last mission at London I found a log of one person describing indoctrination, anyone has found it too? And there is one radio conversation about dealing with indoctrination also - is it just coincidence?

I liked the ending the first time I saw it even though it was sad and in a way inconclusive but I still would like to see the Indoctrination Theory DLC or a new full game because that'd make the current ending even better.

Indoc Theory will remain my headcanon, no matter what they do. Unless what they do somehow explains everything and does not include IT. Which is unlikely.

This is probably the best description of player indoctrination I have seen yet.

IF IDT is real.. which i hope it is.. Bioware has pulled a rather risky twist. Some people will love it and some people will hate it..but it sets a new standard for videogames and that in my opinion is what intrigues me most about it.

I bet the people who had a hunch that Deckard was a replicant in Blade Runner were psyched to hear Ridley Scott reveal that he actually was a replicant.. even after being bombarded by anti replicant theorists stating "you guys are grasping at straws.. theres no evidence for it"

I just want to say, several pages ago everyone was talking about the control ending and how it was odd the citadel arms closed. I know the topic has moved on a bit now, lol, but I'd like to add my bit it. I don't think anyone explicitly said this, but every cycle the reapers come in, take over the citadel and disable the relays or something.

It's been brought up a few times (in this topic and others) that it's odd that the reapers haven't disabled all relays through the game. I've seen people use it as evidence of sloppy writing by bioware.

But I was thinking, what if, as people have said, control is the ending where you give into the reapers. The citadel closes and is now under reaper control. The citadel seems to explode, but we don't actually get to see it like with the other two options, and so intead actually just sends out a pulse of energy. This is what hits the relays. In the synthesis/destroy endings, the relays are destroyed. The control ending shows the relays becoming damaged, but doesn't actually show them exploding. This might be the disabling of the relays, meaning they are repairable by the reapers in the long run.

This would explain some of the plot holes people are mentioning. However, it does have it's own plothole. I can't explain why the synthesis ending would be the same as destroy. It doesn't really make sense to me why, if IT is true, synthesis wouldn't lead to indoctrination?

Also, joker doesn't seem to look backwards in the control ending. I can't base this on anything, but he may be looking at Commander Shepard in the destroy ending. If there is some time between the crucible use and the normandy flying off, Joker may have picked Shepard up (explaining why your squad mates are there) but not in the control ending. Again, the synthesis one seems out of place though :|

The Reapers couldn't deactivate the Mass Relays this time around because the Protheans disabled the Keepers link with the Reapers. At least, that's my theory. Also, this invasion is only a couple months in, it's possible that the Reapers just haven't gotten to shutting the Relays down yet. Remember, the last genocide took hundreds of years.

If they planned IT all along or something else that redeems them: excited.
If they didn't: they would probably come there with a security detail armed with shotguns!

I think Mich-cz means the log, after you speak with Liara.
In the room, behind the medic who talks with a woman over the radio. Telling her, how to treat a soldier whose leg has been ripped off below the knee.

The log is something like a journal from someone who sees people going to a place and coming out as something not human.
The log mentions hearing voices who tell the writer to go to the place.
The writer then states he/she won't go there, has a gun an knows what to do to make the voices stop.

I remember reading somewhere that Martin Sheen did all of his voice work in November so they usually do these WAY in advance.

Maybe they just haven't gotten in contact with her yet , because Mark M. said he would be doing some more recording soon.

Bigger sites like IGN will probably have the panels live for you. OR at least recorded for you to view later. Regardless.. we'll know for sure if they reveal it.
