Again- says it all perfectly...
Another lie added to the list, great. <_<
If/When they refuse to answer questions I guess that means I'm going back to Guitar Hero. Waiting until summer?? No f***ing way! I'm getting angrier by the minute. Need to play some drums so I can hit something!!

"Summer is coming..."?
Are they seriously making GoT reference in their ME announcement? Uhm... why?

You do take back earth.
Um... When? If you take the endings at face value - the reapers either die or leave- but you set the galaxy back 50k years by destroying the Mass Relays, and strand the Galaxies massed fleets, effectively, on Earth.and you might even make everyone some kind of hybrid organic/synthetic cyborg green glowing... Thingy. Not much of a win there. Especially since you die- or dissolve or something.
And, as this thread has contended from the start, if the ending sequences are the results of a Reaper induced hallucination? Then the Reapers are still tearing Earth up, and the war still needs fighting. You've gotta wake up.
Anyway. How pumped are we all for months away DLC? right?
Right?

I never said they took it back in a good way. They still take it back from the Reapers in the end.
After that it is all speculation.

I know I'm late on this, but, in ME2 on one of my play throughs I even ran into "the fan" from ME1 (what was his name? Verner something?) trying to shake down a bar while pretending to be Shepard. Then I hear later on the news net that the poor guy gets killed by a car while chasing some petty criminal through traffic. And thats just a minor example of what I feel was lacking in ME3. Maybe the universe just got to expansive to fit on a disc. I don't know.Skillz1986 wrote...
@martukis. yes but that wa exactly my point from the beginning. they promissed us consequences (among many other things). But as it turns out, these promises are only true, if your imagination is strong enough, so you can imagine what happened next. which is bs in my eyes, but maybe that's just me and big g13. And i knew all those behind the scenes stuff with the real and fake rachni queen, as i am a very thorough gamer and always try to read through all the stuff ingame. but thanks for your effort (honestly)

You meet Conrad Verner again in ME3 if he doesn't die. You get a war asset from him.

Oh, no doubt that with regards to the ending I think it was bs as well. I think certain minor aspects can be left to the imagination, but I for one was severely disappointed that we didn't get to see the combined ground forces fighting through the ruins, or more of the space battle. I went through the trouble of recruiting Aria's mercs, why didn't I see them a single time? I think it is a balancing act that Bioware - if they left the entire "take back earth" segment to our imagination and confusion from starchild - doesn't realize the reality of that balance.

@martukis. I'm not even going to start to talk about that major game freeze which bioware just keeps calling "ending". it's a game freeze to me, since i expected shepard to wake up and fight the reapers, but nothing happened. anyways...of course it's perfectly fine to leave minor aspects to imgination. but i sure s hell do not concider the rachni..who played a huge part in the me history..as minor. neither is killing sidonis a minor aspect. it should at least have an impact o how varrus' personality evolves. but i don't know, as i said..it could just be me.

Cersei is running the team. All makes sense now, Space Brat is actually Joffrey which yeah that stupid little **** probably would build giant space death machines to kill off sentient life every 50k years and think he's doing everyone a favor.
Maybe the DLC can have Lord Baelish/Varys/Jon/Dany/Whoever you support for the throne beat the crap out of them.

Anyways, I'd like to think that "summer," which means to me about three months from now, is time enough to make something worthwhile way or another.

Yeah you take back earth at the end of the game. Then the citadel crashes on the planet and wipes out whatever life was left there. But at least we did take it back for a few minutes...
