Well, up till this point they said they wouldn't include new endings, which didn't disprove IT. Now they've said they won't include any reimagining whatsoever, so, at best, it would be just a fan theory.

Yes but what if the IT was there from the get go? Thats the sliver of hope. Unless of course he shoots it down now.

PS - He didn't confirm or deny IT. Interesting.
