We are right where we started: speculation free-for-all. I know that's not satisfactory for many, but really, I think that it was inevitable. So can we all just relax and not get up in arms over this? Please?

Sure, but I'm sure there more more 'ums' and 'uhs' during their dialogues, but the writer of the liveblog felt only the need to put that one 'um' in.

i picture it being like "Some of our fans are, ummmm, committed, lulz on them."

It makes me weep.

I don't take choosing his words carefully on a thorny topic as a sign of anything except not wanting to fuel the ****storm further. True, one interpretation is "we don't want to call one of our remaining loyalist factions crazy" but one of them is "we're halfway down this rabbit-hole, we can't bail out now, so let's hint that it's probably false".

I suppose one has to be honest that the whole theory is on life support because of the timetable -- I can see holding a few weeks or a month, but not "summer". But dead? Not until the DLC drops.
