Okay, I hate that it has come to this, and I hate even more to actually do this, but...

How much actual information have we gotten since this thread started?

Now it's important that none of you get me wrong, I'm not saying the thread is pointless or anything, as a matter of fact, on the contrary - it has many people's hopes up, including mine.

What I'm saying is, even after this PAX thing, I'm as much in the dark as I was when I finished the game a couple of days after it was released.

So, to reiterate:
How much actual information have we gotten since this thread started?

Like actual facts?  Truthfully none and that's the thing.  Lots and lots of teasing and innuendo but no actual cold hard facts

Thanks for that. So, how much more feedback to they need? How many theories, suggestions, and ideas before we're given the answer we deserve? Show us that you care, damn it, "we're listening" doesn't cut it, it's the least you can do.

Yeah. Before Earth if you haven't 'manced either of them, they're basically making out... Somehow. He says his mandibles is caught on her helmet.

/slaps Tali. ****.

Honestly, I think if they asked anything about the IT, they would have just said they aren't going to comment on it. That said, the last question really was just awful.

Nobody at pax was asking about the ending, because I think all of them were the onces who don't give a damm about the end/ IT.

Thats ME3, not ME2.

I think the easter egg in ME2 was the conversation they had on the stairs about elevators

"The indoctrination theory illustrates again how, um, committed the fanbase is..." don't want to comment either way. Don't want to be prescriprive -- fans interpret their own way, plus DLC coming. "We want the content to speak for itself, and we'll let it do so"

that doesnt sound good

That or they are "oh crap they're onto us." It's still a vague wording and it looks like they are trying to hide something.

It's so extravagantly ambiguous that it could really go either way.

"Wow, our fans are crazy... I want to let them keep thinking whatever they want to think until they see our DLC and make up their own minds about whether more exposition will help them like our endings better. Don't want to give them extra time to judge, so I won't shoot it down yet. Let them find out for themselves after they've had time to get used to the idea."

Alternately,

"Damn, this is why we don't give too much info out before the game--even without leaks, they somehow figure out all our twists. We don't want anyone being convinced of this because it ruins the surprise and then the theorists don't get the pleasure of in-game confirmation, but we can't deny it outright or we hurt our credibility with the fans and crush their hopes only to take it back. Time to be as vague as possible."

People just want to see this as the end of IT because hoping for a long time is exhausting. It's not actually a confirmation or a denial whatsoever. That is yet to come.

So in the end no one really asked anything important except one about indoc and Bioware just gave another ambiguous answer. Great learned nothing.

Going off of ....

KCox: Q
- about how Garrus and Tali can hook up. A - they've always been there;
they've always had this bantering, bickering relationship; they bond
over the whole dextro thing. threw in a comment as an easter ergg on the
citadel in ME2
, but then just drew on it for 3.

Q: Ending DLC. More cut-scenes, or additional gameplay?

A: currently planning on extended cinematics but cannot currently comment otherwise. "keep giving us your feedback."

So is this a maybe?

it's a  "no comment"

Think about it: if there's additional gameplay, who do you think you'll be playing as? To answer the gameplay issue is to give away whether or not Shepard survives, or was indoctrinated, etc.

PAX is full of horrible human beings!

I let him win on my first playthrough, but as a renegade (2nd playthrough) I didn't let him win.

And so, the panel ends, and we've got no more information than before. Their "awesome announcement" was multiplayer DLC.

Bioware, I am disappoint.

I think people are jus tying way too much negativity to that "um". I mean, imstead of sayimg "it shows how observant our fans are" which would give it away, he gibes it a thought...and said, commited.. hence the "um"

said this 2 times now...curious when somebody actually notices

If they flat out answered the question today then there would be no more speculation and that's what bioware wants. Also if they convince a bunch of people the IT isn't true then that's how many more people are going to be mind ****ed by the DLC if it turns out to be true.
