Yes, I think it's right then. You have to take the renegade choice (which wasn't too hard, even for my mostly-paragon Shep, because this f**ker just opened fire on me). Afterwards you will have the chance to take a renegade interrupt. A nice punch that is

 I for one am just glad no one asked any questions about the ending - rather about shepards face in mass effect 2

With that non-Q&A out of the way I can say that the ending of Mass Effect 3 retroactively coloured any fond memories I had of Mass Effect 2 and 3.

Likely from everything we've seen just choose from some variant of the following:

• They decided to do indoctrination, put the hints in but just threw something together for the end.
• They decided to do indoctrination, put the hints in but decided to sell the ending later.
• They decided to do indoctrination, put the hints in but decided to have an ambigous ending that people would speculation on and get them free publicity, perhaps even sell their next game.

Each of these mean nothing but disrespect for their customers and incompetence from their staff.

Regardless of wheher IT is true or not I had great fun on this thread working through all the hints with you all but I have no desire to continue to be strung along by these people.

Least now I can remove that piece of crap Origin from my PC.

People arent interpreting the vague info we've got in the last two days in the exact same way I am. They're clearly a cult. They're like one step away from drinking poisoned Kool-Aid!

Capturing snippets of info from off-hand comments, maybe. But concrete info? Seriously?

IT isn't dead until it's denied or discovered to be implausible. The latter condition would have been satisfied a looong time ago if it was possible.

The only info we seem to have gotten out of this is the implication that what happened on the Citadel could have been reality. But again, no solid confirmation or denial.

Ok, stop. I mean, there's always hope. I like IT, I like to believe it's true and there're a lot of things that support that thought. That doesn't mean that you still have to believe it.

The thing now is... I want to believe in the IT because it makes sense to me, because they didn't denied it. If It is not true, we'll know it when the DLC is out, and if the "clarifications" are good, then I'm fine, and I'm sure byne will be fine.

And so will I.

Sorry, don't get it. As i said, right now IT is the inly way for me to make sense to all this. so i'm going with it, until the dlc proves otherwise. if any of the it haters has a better idea to make sense..let me stress this again SENSE...to the endings we have now. i'll gladly roll with you idea too.

You're right, I did, and that was my bad. I was simply referring to the cult comment though. I've seen it so much that it gets annoying. I cut out the faith part because right after my original post I realized faith wasnt the best word to use in that situation. Didnt edit it because I figured no one would care that I poorly chose my words.

Also editing it would have ruined the artistic integrity of my comment.

I love IT, but im a realist. we no longer have anything in common. Its a sad day for us all in here. some of us wont realise that today is a sad day till summer though. Bye guys. Im not upset at you guys (again) you were great. but im letting IT go. it will be remembered fondly and I wont let it linger in this state anymore. Bury it. have a beautiful funeral and begin the coping process.

Yes and no. I don't think they realised how bad an ambiguous ending fits to their series. And no, I think the DLC might still have something good in it. I'd be fine with it if it allows to be interpreted within the IT.

In general, my internal rating of Bioware games has already dropped from AA+ (pre-order or buy within the first two weeks) to BB (wait a serious amount of time to judge quality, potentially wait for GotY-edition). The DLC will determine whether it drops further to D ("jump, you ****ers!")
