Did Grayson hear whispers while he was awake or dreaming? Shepard only hears the whispers while dreaming.

*edit* Er, whoops. Posted in the wrong thread by accident. Was posting from my phone and thought I was in the Patrick Weekes thread.

Leaving now :P

You hear whisper during the end too... or was that a dream as well?;)

What is the best way to obtain these? like all of them.. you think a borders or barnes and noble would have them all?

Couldn't say, I got all the books from Amazon.

The comics, I bought in digital form from the Dark Horse app on the iPad. I later bought the "real" trades of Retribution and Evolution from my local Forbidden Planet store. Just to have in the collection. I think they're all on Amazon too though I like supporting Forbidden Planet.

Part of the reason I can't understand how bad the ending of ME3 was is that the comics were also written by Mac Walters and they're not terrible, they're actually quite good. Not as good as the novels mind!

Considering it's exactly what the Truth DLC leak indicated, yeah that's kind of the implication. In the end it makes sense.

Is this really true? Are the maps in "the truth" DLC article the same as this resurgence pack?

No, but the classes are spot on, down to the names in fact. The only map explicitly mentioned was entitled "Firebase Hive" featuring the Collector Ship, which for obvious single player campaign spoiler reasons, would be held back, like the Prothean classes, but they DID mention "Several maps, including a new "Firebase Hive" on the Collector Ship" and besides, they built up Collectors (much like Harbinger) so much in ME2, did you really beleive they would go out after one game?

The Collectors didn't all die.  I know that for a fact.  Read the "Miracle at Palaven" codex entry and you will see what I mean.

It's almost a common rule.. the third part of a trilogy is always the most ****ty. Of course that rule doesn't apply with lord of the rings.

Lets hope it doesn't apply with the dark knight rises either...because Its been my most anticipated movie since the dark knight.. lol.

He got redeployed to the Star Wars:The Old Republic team, I think he wrote some novels for them. Now he's leaving BioWare for good to work on his own material. Shame really.

As far as i know, he left before ME2 was finished. He was lead writer only for ME1.
I can't remember the exact reasons, but still sad.

To me Drew is Mass Effect.

Noooooooooooooo! Stop summoning me!

I appreciate the sentiment, lex0r, but honestly, I gave my word and I mean (well, meant) to stick to it...I'd like to have a discussion, but it's clear that it tends to get out of hand, and I'm fine leaving it as is.

*edit* To clarify, I'm fine with discussing in other threads, as I thought I was actually in a different one :P I'll keep posting, but I said I'd stop in this one, so I will.

I still can't believe I made that mistake. I'm not sure if I clicked on the thread by accident or if I was reading it (just because I said I wouldn't post doesn't mean I won't continue to read the thread), put my phone down, picked it up, and thought I was in the Weekes thread.

It's very bizarre. Anyways, NOW I'm off...again. :P

The fact that they completely balked that question should tell you quite a lot. They neither confirmed nor denied it rather they just brushed it aside. We will just have to wait for summer time and see if the Indoc Theory holds weight.

No you won't. You can see right now that it holds absolutely zero weight. You just have to open your eyes and accept the game as told.

The only way you can entertain indoc is if you reject the game.

What?? No if you take the end without indoctrination it utterly falls flat. Nothing in the game contradicts this theory. It's the opposite really. Does it really make sense for everyone who's ever touched or been around Reaper tech to be indoctrinated EXCEPT Shepard? IT WOULD make sense if they had made a point to explain that Shepard is different, but they never do that.

I spent a good half of ME2 with a metalic Reaper artifact on my coffee table. Pretty sure that wasn't good for my Sheppy sanity.

You shouldn't try discussing with atlasmickey.

He liked the endings, and dislikes Lord Of The Rings, so that should tell you a lot about who your'e dealing with here.

I... Errr... I have no words for that.  They are the epitome of what a book to movie adaption should be like, they are near perfection, add Tom Bombadil and there you go, perfection.

Batman's villains are the main reason i like the comics and movies. Batmans an ok hero but the villains he fights are awsome.
