I watched the first episode on machinima I think... Looked okay to me, was about sonya and jax. With Michael Jai White as Jax....

Back to the original question...

I would have to say... Skeleton Key for movie, Harper's Island for tv show and since I don't read many books, I will say another game. Gears of War 3.

EDIT: None of these were worse than Mass Effect 3.

Teen Titan ending is defienetly worse than the ME3 ending. Feels like beginning of a new season more than an end...no really they bring in a new villain, has a cameo of an older one and what can hardly be called a completed plot around a character who had been gone a long time...in 1 episode...and never followed up on any of it...

It was an awful way to leave the fans hanging that is for sure.

But as much as I try it is hard to think of something with a woes ending than ME3.

Hey now... I like Oblivion.

Also, is the endings worse than what we THINK it is (IT) or endings worse than what we were shown?

Because I could list anything short of The Empire Strikes Back, a few early Shamalan movies, Psycho and a few others, and they'd qualify for worse than IDT

Otherwise... let's see.. disappointments... hm.... the Eragon Movie (seriously, even the rip off the book is happens to be superior to that tripe.) Lost, (they even made a twitter post about it in the offical ME3 page, something about what movies they like, hint hint.) hmm, the Dungeons and Dragons TV show, that's all I ca think of right now.
