I just don't get what BioWare was trying to do with that scene (IDT...obviously...but other than this...). I mean, you shoot the Citadel, it BLOWS UP AROUND YOU, it's very clear that the explosion happens like a foot in front of you.
If IDT is false and everything happens as is, I just don't get how you survive the explosion (then of course re-entry to Earth or surviving in space on a blown up Citadel).
BW is lazy...lol...(see above if you don't get what I'm saying).
It's as if someone who only heard about the games designed the ending.
"In ME2, Shepard survived a giant laser, getting exposed to a vacuum and re entry into a planet. I've not played the game, but that must be his super power, right? It's all explained in game!"
Shepard died in ME2, during the prologue... He/she did not survive a planetary re-entry.
