You know, I don't think they intended IT, so in my view they're not sitting on a twist ending.

ANd they would have much less problems if they probably inform people.. and if the really don't know what they will do with the endings right now probably a "People we are working on it, but need ti figure out ouerselfs how to fix the endings and which direction we go there." would be more satisfiing and informativ than "We make great stuff, it will be great what are you getting" without even the information if it is related to further DLCs or the ending DLC..

Oh I am looking forward to that, seems to be fun blend of standard fantasy RPG Mechanics and shadow of the colossus.
Though I am looking even more forward to E3. With the WiiU supposedly hitting in November Nintendo is most likely gonna have one heavy line up of announcements there. And As much as I love RPGs Nintendo will always be the house of my favorite franchises (legend of Zelda, metroid)

Oh yeah because THAT would sound better. "Sorry guys, we had this awsome interpretation of our ending planned for a few months down the road, but you were all impatient and ****ed so loud that we realized people REALLY wanted it now, but we can't really tell you anything, and can't promise or garuntee it won't change in the next few months." Yeah because as a buisness that's EXACTLY the sort of thing you want to say to the public. /sarcasmVahilor wrote...

If they tell me "We are working on it but are not allowed to tell you any more,." it would be much better yes.. better than dumb tweets telling on day one thing and another day the total opposite... yes.
And I never said they should say somthing ****ty about the community..

Just check the codex, it sadly makes it impossible. Omega was built by aliens from this cycle, not the Protheans or the Reapers.
The same codexes that proclaimed the mass relays a "feat of Prothean engineering."
Codexes are written for Shepard's PoV. Shepard doesn't know what Paul Grayson was seeing and hearing. People who read Retribution do. Omega is a Reaper construct.

I never said it was a paticularly good plan on his part.
The fact is though, this "Omega is a Crucible" just does not sit well with me, I do not agree with it. It doesn't feel right.
It's not "good" it's completely idiotic. TIM may be evil, but he's not an idiot. As for it being an ancient crucible, I said that made no sense either. I reiterate: I don't know what its significance is, but it does have significance.

You love her for teasing and giving misleading information? Just because she is a cute girl doesnt mean its okay for her to do that...
....
But not everyone knows that, and when they ask questions and she answers with "her interpretations" people take it as she knows the truth and is stating it as fact. I dont see how that is ok. Quite frankly i think she should have stated a disclaimer or something so as not to lead to people using everything she says against one another. I dont think its ok.
Gonna have to agree there. With her job title, it's natural to assume she's speaking for the company. Speaking for the company is her job, why wouldn't they assume it? She's leading people down one path and then down another, almost always with vague responses. And when she's being direct, it sometimes directly contradicts in-game information with no obvious explanation for why.

I think I'll just stick to the original one, Skyrim. Besides, it's so damn much fun to kill

Sorry... I'm getting kind of sick of all the kvetching I keep hearing. I pointed out the flaws in the argument, but I could have done it in a better way. Bioware HAS been making "We;re working on it" posts, Gamble, the official page, ect.Vahilor wrote...

The only person making "fluctuating" posts is Merizan, whom has seen enough of the DLC that she can claim we'll be excited and that Indoc theory is still on the table. Other than that, anything else she has admitted is her own speculations. So assume anything she says is speculation/ opinion unless she prefaces it with things like "I saw the EC dlc...." and such.

Yeah I hate this name too. I have NO idea why I chose it but I clearly wasn't planning on being a regular poster. Anyway, it just seems like there's too many hints in the original game for it not to be intended. You can find some coincidence if you look hard enough but there's way too many to write off as coincidences. I think they just panicked after the fanbase pretty much started a virtual riot over the current "ending". I think they expected people not to care for it and to be surprised when they pop out the rest of it in a few months, and when worldwide news organizations started running "Mass Effect: Worst Finale Ever?" they didn't know what the hell to do. Can't come out and say it because, well, you've seen the ravenous hordes that are dripping with venom over being "scammed" into buying a game with a free DLC ending. I doubt anyone expected that lunacy. Can't release it because it's not ready yet. So they panicked and started digging themselves deeper by turning the phrase "artistic integrity" into a 4chan meme.

well sorryand yes, there is a lot of evidence. But.. they basically stated that the ending will not be changed or altered in any way, just expanded, and that they like the current "artistic vision". Really, I want to believe, but I just can't any longer. And if they planned it, why wouldn't it be finished yet?
We will see in summer what their artistic vision is and if they go with IDT or if they digg their own graves with their artistic stubborness..

Knowing that DLC is planned (it's pretty standard for all games these day) why would anyone expect for it NOT to take place after the conclusion. Anything else will be really anti climactic. Take back Omega? Who cares about Omega at this point, everyone just got decimated. Their DLC is going to be just as meaningful to the story as Shadow Broker and the Arrival was.

Why is it so hard to imagine that BW had the real twist planned like this all along. This was just IT and DLC (hopefully free) is coming to reveal the true end. They created 2 awesome packs for ME2 that bridged the gap between ME2 and ME3.

I think that if IT is true (which I strongly belive), then of course the ending will not be changed. What happened inside Shepard's mind has really happened (the indoctrination), so it doesn't have to be "changed". We only need the… missing ending

The only argument I personally needed to believe in IT is that in ME1 Saren was a supporter of the synthesis option, and he was indoctrinated. And in ME3 you meet the control supporter: the Illusive Man, who is also most likely indoctrinated. It's not that hard actually. For me, everything fell into place as soon as I realized that. All the other, smaller and more subtle hints and clues are nice, but this simply screams in your face. This also invalidates the argument that only people who have played the DLC would have been able to pick up on what's going on near the end. You have already heard two of the options the Space kid offers you, and both times you've heard it from indoctrinated reaper slaves. I can't see how you can get around this.
Yeah, there's 3 options and 2 of them were suggested by bad guys. I'd stay well clear of those!
And have you seen Shepard's eyes when you do control? They become like TIM. That's one of my favourite bits of IT. It just goes on to show you've became like him.
These two bits of evidence are really the most conclusive for me. Along with The starchild saying he's the citadel, etc. Yet he/she/it was unable to do anything about the Prothean sabotage which resulted in the events of ME1.
The clues are there and I don't believe we're "grasping at straws" or finding things that aren't really there.
