i just wrapped up my fully renagade character for a test. i killed the council, made anderson the human councilor, killed wrex, killed the rachni queen, legion died in the suicide mission as did mordin. so i played in the 3rd one and sure enough the council was there, udina was councilor, wrex was there, the rachni queen was there, legion was there as was mordin.

so my question is...what the hell? why did NONE of these decisions make it through? they only thing that did was my love interests.

you sure you imported the right one? sounds dumb, but i've messed that up before.

i got the right one. even when it uploaded to the 3rd it showed me all the decisions that i had made in the prior 2 games.

well wrex and wreav are interchangable becuz one is needed, anderson steps down to become and admiral, and they ellect a new council that in 2 hates you and wants nothing to do with you since you let the other one die so yeah in 3 that sounds like the right character either way.

What game did you guys play? Did you guys get killed by Harbinger's laser attack or something? I was paying attention so I dodged it, transported to the crucible and killed the reapers. A tear came to my eye when Kaiden and Garrus high fixed as fallen reaper exploded over London Bridge.

You guys need to get better at Mass Effect.

So. I am currently doing my Insanity playthrough, and have come to a new conclusion as to what the ending is:

Shepard dies at the portal, killed by a single Marauder.

Game over.

>.>

I seriously cant kill this freakin thing.

That thing killed me like 4 times, hahahaha.

I've replayed the ending three times since and each time I switched it down to Narrative from Insanity at that part.

I'm unfortunately starting to fall from the hype and believe that when bioware devs stated that we were going to get the "ending that we always wanted"

I did see the ending I always wanted. It happened on Rannoch. It's just too bad there was more game after that. Posted Image (even if most of the bits after Rannoch up to the ending were still good)

  i second this statement.

And I remember saying to myself at this point "even if the ending is a total letdown, I'll still like the game for this". I'm seriously not making that up. I literally thought that after Rannoch.

And it's true. The ending is a letdown, but the rest of the game was so great it won't prevent me from enjoying it a second time through, even if we get no change or clarification whatsoever.

Well it certainly wasn't the ending I was hoping for - although I did get some Kaidan/booty short action.  I guess I can just end ME3 there then.

Although I'm not a Tali fan (don't lynch me!), the Rannoch part (beside the Reaper addition where Shepard was just basically running around like an idiot - but perhaps it's because I tried that part on insanity and I kept dying every five seconds from a laser that was freaking miles away from me!) was beautifully done.  Off topic - but I felt the necessity to say it.

Okay; going to be now for serious. Ga'night.

on the note of Tali's homeworld...IF this is the final ending....then it REALLY sucks that i fought to save her homeworld just to have her entire race come defend earth and the relays be destroyed.....yeah its a beautiful ghostplanet...yay.

I chuckled. Still going through data files. Some oddities, most likely due to changing cut/not cut content. Line from Joker that indicates he was supposed to provide close air support sometime during the fight. Model data indicating that Treynor was supposed to be involved early on - not sure what the deal with that is.

Same for basically every species that came to Sol to fight. Turians cant go back to Palaven, Krogan cant go back to Tuchanka, Salarians cant go back to Sur'Kesh, Asari cant go back to Thessia.

I think the destruction of the Mass Relays bothers me more than anything else about the endings as they stand.

I'm wondering... If relays blown up - is this means that entire sol system is wiped out? So this would means that all species near Earth should be dead...
This ending has no sense at all...
