I'm here.. and I'm always hoping for new info. I've been reading (or at least skimming) all the posts for at least the past several days, looking for new info or speculation (which has been annoying because a lot of it has been trolling/pointless arguing). Today I took a deeper look at the breath cutscene to see if I could determine if there is yet another tire in it, and it does look like it. Someone pointed it out a few days ago. It almost looks like it could still be attached to an upside down mako, but not quite. The proportions are close.

If they can put that much symbolism (or it could merely be Orwellian storytelling as the critic claims), then surely they can pack in the subtle symbolism we keep seeing.

see what i did there? i always have something in my sentences that clarifies that its my opinion and nothing im sure of. "i think" "for me". i never state anything as being a fact. also i never call anyone stupid or a troll. i might have said i think its stupid to talk about the indoctrination theory as a fact, but i never said anyone in here is stupid.
i do many stupid things as well, but i dont refer to me as stupid just because of that. ergo no personal attacks what so ever. but if you are still offended thats your choice.

waldstr18, I noticed earlier today you mentioned Bioforge. I also played Bioforge when it came out, and have replayed it several times, most recently just a few years ago, actually. Amazing game for its time, and holds up well to its nostalgia factor even today. It was way ahead of its time, and did deserve a more satisfying ending. I forgave the ending at the time because a sequel was planned, but it got cancelled and we were essentially left with an unfinished story.

im actually still playing it in the dosbox. but!! did it also happen to you that you didnt shoot the reinforement squad and then being stuck in mastabas lab? we tried to escape for days until we finally gave up. also we tried to save escher so desperately. we finished the game at least 10 times each (my cousin and i), always with the same result. i wish we had the internet back then, google "bioforge save escher" - not possible? ok, next game.
actually, we had a lot more fun without google back then.

Still awake here but way too tired to analyze evidence properly. Wouldn't mind reading of course but responses are limited.

Yeah, gaming without google was definitely a different experience. I actually think it was more memorable, considering most of the time all you had was your wits to help you beat a game, and using your wits tends to make memories more vivid.
I never failed to shoot down the reinforcement ship, so I never got stuck in mastabas lab. Does the game actually force you to lose if that happens, or just provide a situation that is nearly impossible to overcome? Also, for some reason it never occurred to me that it might be possible to save Escher. I always just assumed she was meant to die. Guess that saved me some grief.

harassment? really? im starting to think i should have never started with the whole forum business. on the other hand, i would never have learned that i have the ability to be a troll, which seems to be a lot of fun according to google. well, do what you must, but im sorry you feel that way.

no, you arent forced to lose, you just cant progress. there is a guard in front of the door once you step back in to the hallway. but if you move any further, he shoots you. so we tried to sneak past him, but no such luck, since he looks directly at you.
also, did you hide the blaster? cause you lose it at mastabas i think. but if you leave it up at the prison level you can later go back up and pick it up again.
something interesting about mass effect 3. before joker picks you up for the first time, dont shoot at the monsters just empty your gun into the sky. once your out of ammo he will appear, because of space magic he knows that you are out of bullets. or if you dont want him to appear at all, just use biotics to kill the monsters, you can stay there all day.
edit: how could you not want to save escher? poor girl helped you as much as she could. and even if she didnt, i have so save everyone. believe me thats an annoying habbit, especially in real life.
second edit: something else about me3, and 2 for that matter: if you play as infiltrator, just cloak yourself and run to the next checkpoint. you dont get xp for killing anyways, so just pick up stuff and run straight past the monsters/soldiers.

Oh, you mean that impossible mech that can show up and just instantly kills you whenever it sees you? I think I remember reading/hearing about that, but it never happened to me. Or was it just a regular guy?
No, I never hid the blaster, I would always lose it during the ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL (lol) scene.
Oh, dont get me wrong, I wished I could save Escher, but I just didnt think it was possible to do so.
And yeah, there are some ridiculous things in the opening scenes of ME3 that really challenge your suspension of disbelief. The most glaring one to me is the "Theyre gonna take out that Dreadnaught!" part, where if you just stand there, you can watch the dreadnaught and the reaper exchange fire indefinitely. That dreadnaught has sure has some beast shields up until you take a few steps forward! I actually saw a video of someone just standing there that I'm trying to find again, because it was hilarious.

Not quite right. while it is true, that joker picks you up once you ran out of bullets, he will also pick you up onve you've defeated a certain amount of canibals. you don't have to be there all day.
