So what exactly did Shepard use to contact the Normandy for pick up?

I missed the comment, got me laughing, it's so true, and guess what, you can take photos with the omnitool.

My mistake, but that hologram still seems highly suspicious.

I'm not totally discounting this, but have you ever been so sore that you didn't want to move but had to?

First time I ever went snowboarding I couldn't move for 2 days without pain.

When I swam in college I would regularly be so tired after practice that I could barely move.  (After swimming 10 miles in a day.)  I felt like death after that...  I certainly wasn't having a near death experience, but I had thoughts of providing one to my coach.  Posted Image
shepards not a whiner though (not saying that you are...) and this is his first time showing verbal signs of fealing dead.
Shepard's a wuss in ME2.  He/She can barely run a few feet in armor without getting tired.  I guess all that time locked up really toughed him/her up.  Posted Image

I can't totally discount a NDE theory.  Parts of it may help IDT.  It might explain why Shepard doesn't just punch star-kid in the face.

Now what could be suspicious about 50 foot tall harbinger hologram, apart from the fact it's 50 foot tall and glowing yellow.

With the control ending I never realised the fact that the interface looked a lot like the ones the keepers use around the citadel. The impression I got from this afterwards was that it further falsifies that the reapers can be controlled, since the keepers are the servants that used to respond to the signals received to open the citadel relay.

Even on my first playthrough I was suspicious about controlling the reapers, but more speculation is being built that really does make this option "iffy".

[*]Well, he had to wake up early and immediatly start fight, he was literally growing his muscles back. He had, you know, fallen through an atmosphere and smashed into the ground and was completley dead.

You know... I wonder if Saren had a talk to the godchild himself. Because he likes the idea of synthesis so much.

That's true, but is that really weird, and even if it is, weird enough to show evidence for IT?

Well, considering  "electroagnetic fields, and perhaps ulrosonic noises as well" is basically what indoctrination is I would say yes!

From Wiki-

"The precise mechanics of the indoctrination effect are poorly understood. It is believed that the Reapers generate an electromagnetic field, waves of infrasound and ultrasound, or both in order to stimulate areas of a victim's brain and limbic system. The resulting effect varies depending on the intent of the Reaper: the victim may suffer headaches and hallucinations, have feelings of "being watched" or paranoia, or come to view the Reaper itself with superstitious awe."

Of course this is pure and utter speculation. It is indeed possible that BW just wanted a scene with Harbinger which would sow a tale of foreboding for ME3. We don't know what means of communication the Reapers used, that is one option, there are potentially others

Shepard "Fine, no more visions, if thats what you mean."

Combine this with the Rana Thanoptis evidence and it's pretty solid.

just kidding though...i'm bored.

But think about it..you go through that thing a billion times.

Man would it be weak if they made that thing an indoc device :)

The table from the TIM's Comm Room is the indoctrination field amplifier.

oh sorry we didnt comment on your scanner theory because it has already taken the spot of "#1 evidence supporting IT"

but no nothing major.

What about Rana?  Is this to do with the proximity to the reapers?

Hmmm.i've played arrival before the suicide mission. instead of harbinger...the holo showed the collector's general? I know they just did not want to spoil the "releasing controll" ending. still, i thought it was a rather weak move

I'm on your side, the reapers were prevented from entering the system, the only way I can see Harbinger contacting Shepard is via the indoctrination nanites, the same way the reapers spoke to Grayson from dark space.

For reference read Retribution.

She spent time studying Indoctrination, she feared she was being indoctrinated and started helping Okeer in ME2, then right when the Reaper's showed up, she killed a bunch of people, ugh on twitter.

I think it's either referencing the big yellow hologram of Harby or something "off screen" that we never see.

EDIT or those visions of the reapers approaching. They're in his head either way man.. IN HIS HEAD!!!!

Sorry, got my tinfoil hat on now.

It's quite wierd when slowed down... its harbinger behind all of your quad mates including TIM
