I think it's either referencing the big yellow hologram of Harby or something "off screen" that we never see.

EDIT or those visions of the reapers approaching. They're in his head either way man.. IN HIS HEAD!!!!

I guess I didn't think of that 2sec clip as a significant enough to warrent Shepard to say to Hackett that he's had no more visions.

A couple of statements made by the cerberus science team working on the derelict reaper, are quite interestimg. especially the one that can be found i the area with the dragon's teeth. The scientist is talking about what he's been experiencing while being on board " It's a force. IT WARPS REALITY just by being there."

it gets better, if you compare the following to shepard's dreams

" The god's mind is gone but it still dreams. He knows now. He's tuned in on our dreams. If I close my eyes I can feel him. I can feel every one of us.”

he's tuned in on our dreams...and i can fee everyone of us..shepard "feels" everyone he's lost, in his dreams. the reaper is tuned in on his dreams (possible meaning: he's creating

A question to IT theorists who think that Arrival was a significant part of indoctrination, or even the start of it proper. If you did play arrival then you are stripped of the command for working with Ceberus in ME2, mutiny in ME1, releasing the rachni queen etc take your pick, many of your actions are pretty awful in the grand scheme of things. It is also assumed that Miranda leaves Cerberus which confused the hell out of me as I never saw this scence so was a little surprised when she turned in in ME3 with no explination of what happened.

You did not just say that Arrival isn't canon. "Fist" of all, just because something is DLC doesn't mean it isn't canon, it just means that "your Shepard" didn't do as much as "My Shepard". The complete or "ultimate" Shepard is the canon one.

By your logic Zaeed, Kasumi and Javik aren't "canon" either.

Sorry, I should have clarified, I meant that if you have not played arrival then the game does not automatically assume that Shepard was involved with these events. Whereas Miranda seems to always leave Cerberus (providing she lives) regardless of whether or not you actually see it happen in the game.

There is no evidence to suggest that indoctrination is an active process.  Everything we know implies the victim being under complete control.  Nobody has ever described the process as involving two-way conversations with a light baby or other being.  There is no evidence that indoctrination involves some sort of trickery.  It does what it does.

Sorry, I just had to. I really enjoy Lovecraft novels.
Maybe Lovecraft was a prophet, and Cthulhu is actually based on kind of reaper vision.

Grayson conversed with the reapers, and activity fought them gaining control of his body again. Also it was mentioned that as long as the had similar goals the reapers didn't assume direct control over them. The reapers could also mess with graysons mind to make him think he was in control and actually defying them when he was in fact helping them.
