Besides, it it helps you to understand the man Rifneno, Javik according to his memory shard was basically a Prothean Shepard, whome, because his crew was indoctrinated, had to kill all of them PERSONALLY. That would **** anyone up. In fact if you had him look at the shard, then he chooses to go commit suicide after the end of the war.

That has literally no bearing whatsoever on his douchebaggery. Because as you said (well, implied): he doesn't even remember it.
Though admittedly I had no idea what was in that shard. I told him not to look. I sure as hell wouldn't want to look if I was him.

Well alot of the way we act is buried in the subconcious my friend (Freud was right about a few things.)

seriously, the gaming industry guy from a few hours ago explained it better than i ever could, from a marketing standpoint it makes just no sense. doenst matter how many in game clues you find, mass effect is a game, which has been made to be sold to many people. i feel like you are trapped in your mass effect box unable to see the big economical picture.

if thats talking down in your eyes, i cant help it. as for the pretentious part; i think its pretentious of you guys to even come with the indoctrination theory stating the game hasnt been finished even though bioware said it has been. (talking about the ending here, not the side mission dlc) also the claims of some of you here that bioware wont sell many games in the future if idt isnt true or that they are stupid if they are not using it as their own cause it would fix the mess they have made - that kind sir, thats pretentious.

Your entire reasoning against IT seems to boil down to 'I just cannot conceive of a gaming company doing such a thing, and you guys are crazy for thinking it's possible.'

Not being able to conceive of something happening doesnt make you automatically right. It's never worked for the Creationists, I dont see why you'd think it'd work for you.

Also, you seem to forget that a large chunk of IT believers dont even think it was Bioware's original plan, but think it offers them a way out of this current mess.

So the fact that you think a company wouldnt ever intentionally do this kind of ending is literally entirely irrelevant. It's possible they didnt. It doesnt make the theory any less valid.

I've tried to be as patient as I could with you, and back when you first started coming into this thread I thought it was kind of unfair how everyone painted you as a troll, when you simply disagreed, but as the days have gone by, you've slowly but surely become more troll-like.

I'm officially done dealing with you. I shall not respond to anything you say from here on out.

Respond to this post if you want. I'll probably read it, but I wont reply.

Clearly it failed to sink in.

From this point off, I am simply writing you off in my opinion as a liar.

I stopped even bothering with your opinions a while back, now I'll just not even bother with you entirely.

I wrote him off as a liar the instant he said he had two super hot girlfriends at once and all the men he passed on the street nodded in respect of how awesome he was.

If you missed that post of his, you may think I'm exaggerating, but thats pretty much what he said verbatim.

what did i lie about?

edit: i said they nodded like i had won a price. not like how awesome i am. if i were that awesome, they would have probably just thought, they belong together. but since i really scored out of my leauge there, they really acknowledged my doing so. at least thats what i thought.

But what, exactly, will you get out of it?  Some feeling of supiority over a bunch of anonymous people that you will never meet?

I can't speak for anyone else, but I started in this thread because it made sense, and a little bit because I'm hoping that there is a little bit more to the poor ending of ME3.  If IT turns out to not be true, then I'll be disappointed, but after about 9.5 minutes of discontent, I'll go hang out with my wife and probably forget all about it.

So, if IT turns out not to be true, and you need to feel like you are better than somebody else, I give you permission to gloat over my sadness.

But you admit you're a troll right? Since there is some pretty insane evidence proving you are. You can't deny the Waldstr18 Troll Theory... i mean look at all that evidence. c'mon now?

Is surviving to extraction on gold hard or something?

I've only played two gold matches, but I survived to extraction both times.

Well it requires that all players don't screw up. And that you're lucky enough not to get pounced by three banshees at once.

Also, positive waves.

Wald dude, and here I thought we could talk it out before summer. You know, you and me sharing a language and all. It's really a shame.

We should call it a day with all this fighting. It's weekend guys, Tequila Se' Lai everyone!

And no witch burning in here!
I think someone in here called me a medieval witch hunter before, felt.. flabbergasted! (the brits have such nice words, bless them)

thanks. but im no sadness gloater. i already said im actually doing the face rubbing because of guys like noobsauce, who are so sure the theory is right, they feel like they are allowed to insult people just for joining and disagreeing.

without the insults, i would have just posted a short "i called it", but now you have to sacrifce 3,5 minutes of your 9,5 for me so i can rub it in your face properly even though you are not actually my target audience. sorry for that.

Yeah. Other players.

"Something to think about -- if you killed the most dangerous thing in the galaxy, that leaves... us."

If
they say Dragon Age 3 will be about saving the world from itself, why
not something similar for Mass Effect 4? You said it yourself, the
political situation will be ambiguous and uncertain at best. The
mightiest military and economic powers are thrashed, and new ones have
arisen. The fight for survival has been won. The fight for peace has
just begun.

I would laugh my arse off if they made this a strategy game.

I sometimes come to a logical conclusion as I already sent my post [smilie]http://social.bioware.com/images/forum/emoticons/grin.png[/smilie]
It
could fit pretty well for an eventual ME4 (even as strategy game :D)
with or without Shep. Bioware stated about it: ME3 is the end of his
story, but he still can be there in the background (as Arian said as retired
Admiral, or simply depending on our own choices and
who survived/died in ME3. I could imagine Shep fed up with war, having
lost many of his friends and eventually lost his/her LI, simply retired
on some planet where the new spectre comes and learns from him. Or still kicking some Reapers a**)

@Arian and Extended Cut
It seems my comprehension of the Asari mind-melding was pretty wrong. Apologies. I've stated about it in my previous post.

But again, you are making the assumption that people actually care if you rub it in their face.  I'm saying "go ahead and rub it into mine", because I don't.  Care, that is.

You should be required to pass some form of test before being allowed to play a vanguard in multiplayer.

I mean, if I die even once throughout all 11 waves on Silver on my vanguard, I feel like I've let my team down.

Every vanguard I play with seems to die multiple times per wave though. I dont see how they could suck so hard.
