Man, Javik is such a hypocrite. Earlier he told me "I have a simple rule: if a machine can speak, kill it" and now after bringing him with me to Thessia and having him see the Prothean VI he's all "It was good to see another of my kind, even if it was just a ghost."

We should have just told Javik the geth were a race of ghosts. I bet he'd have liked them then.

Yes, but remember, Prothean VIs are programmed by copying the brain patterns of Protheans. Vigil was based off a Prothean scientist.

penguin was driving through the desert. He was feeling good... he had the radio cranked up and the a/c cranked down. All of a sudden his car started overheating and smoke started pouring out from under the hood. Well, he was a little worried, but thankfully there was a small town just up the road.

He made it to a repair shop, and the service manager told him, "have a seat in our customer lounge and we'll check out your car." The penguin waddled into the customer lounge and sat down. He looked out the front window and saw an ice cream shop across the street. Well, as you know, penguins love ice cream. So he hopped down off the chair and waddled across the street.

He ordered his favorite, a double-scoop vanilla ice cream cone. He was slurping it down, waddling back across the highway... the sun was so hot, and the ice cream was melting down on his flippers, running down his chin, making a terrible mess.

He waddled back into the repair shop just as the service manager walked out. The manager told him, "looks like you blew a seal", to which the penguin answered, "NO, IT WAS ICE CREAM, I SWEAR!!!"

Yknow, playing through Thessia reminds me that after I first got the game at the midnight launch, I played nonstop until I was too tired to keep going, and then saved and went to bed after I finished Thessia.

I only slept for two hours, because I kept having dreams where I was hearing voices of my squadmates talking about how the battle wasnt over yet, and I needed to finish the fight.

I remember that dream totally weirded me out.

Cant believe I forgot about it till now...

Am... am I indoctrinated?

So we're allowing our own real life dreams as evidence now? How can waldstr18 defend face-value against this kind of testimony?

Sorry, couldnt help it. :D

Actually, Eezo is established to be an element, in this case with a high atomic mass, but low atomic weight ( 0 being it's atomic number in fact.), but completely lacking in a positive or negative charge, and by extension, protons and electrons, there are no Ions of Eezo, hence why an electrical charge causes effects in it. It's established to be formed from a star going supernova, effecting the planets in it's sphere of influence with extreme heat and potentially pressure, creating a substance similar to that which Neutron stars is formed of, and is in fact common around Neutron stars and Pulsars.

No protons, no electrons, it's not an element. It has no atoms. It's probably only reffered to as an element for in-universe historical reasons.

Please, I know my basic physics, unlike others I could mention.

Looks like the kind that was infecting the Salarian thingy on the Tuchanka mission.

or if you mean the nearest one to him it looks like a normal sovereign class reaper that's flying a little flatter relative to the camera to me

Ouch. Thanks for the implication.:pinched:

Last I checked, the definition of an element was a material that could be made up of only one type of atom. Gold, argon, oxygen, ect.

Has anyone asked the question yet, "Where do Harvesters come from?" because now there are dragons in ME and I have idea why.

Also, going by the mods' reaction, not nearly as disturbing as the Twilight discussion we had, since thats literally the only time they've told us to knock off our crap and get on topic.

I dont think that works on a console regrettably. In either case now I'm up to the final decision. I said I was going to do control first without the music. I'll report on what happens.

Harvesters are made from Harvesters, you know, that thing that flew in every so often to spit Klixen at you during Grunt's coming of age test?

There were also harvesters on that one planet with all the green ammonia fog you go to during one of the N7 missions in ME2.

Edit: Also, speaking of Grunt, does anyone else find it... odd that the Krogan puberty ritual involves fighting a giant worm whose only attack is spitting goo at you?

Are they supposed to be sentient? Because every other form of Reaper minion is.

Nope, and thats my main problem with them.

Godchild straight up says they leave the younger races alone, but I guess harvesters were just too cool to pass up.

Yes, that's more or less true. An element is defined by the number of protons (and consequently electrons) in a single atom of it. An element without protons or electrons is just a neutron. Or a bunch of neutrons. Neutrons, incidentally have roughly the same mass as a proton. So if eezo has even as many as 2 neutrons (It's got a lot more, right?) it would weigh more than hydrogen. So I'm not sure how it could have a high atomic mass, but low atomic weight. That seems...  contradictory.

EDIT: It is contradictory. Atomic weight is nearly the same thing as atomic mass, but atomic weight allows for variance in isotopes present in a sample. So a sample of mixed Carbon-12 and Carbon-14 would have a different atomic mass and atomic weight. But pure Carbon-12 should have the same atomic mass and atomic weight.
