Yesterday I replayed the Tuchanka missions (possibly the highpoint of the trilogy). And during the report to Hackett after the Genophage mission they wonder why the Reapers for example didn't attack the Yahg homeworld.

Shep's idea to this was "Yahg have teeth". What she prob means by this is they'd be a touch opponent. While I don't exactly see her logic, another more important thing crossed my mind:

The Starchild is legit in this case: Reapers only harvest advanced civs.
Now, assuming that he just twists this fact around to his advantage, aka what IT claims, what could be the REAL reason for not attacking the Yahg?

Is it self preservation?
- Maybe the Reapers don't want the Yahg'-souls'(?) among themselves, because it somehow harms them to not have advanced civilizations.
- Or in order to have something to harvest in a near future, they have to keep some (non bacterial) lifeforms alive.

Is this an argument against IT?

I dont think so. Regardless of anything the starchild says, it has already been established that the Reapers allow non-advanced civilizations to persist through to the next cycle. The fact that he mentions it cant be used against or in defense of any end-game theories.

It comes up a lot during various conversations with Javik, but it is also strongly implied as a given historical precedent. The only way the cycles can continue the way they do is if "young" species are allowed to continue through to the next cycle. If all species at or near sentience were wiped out each cycle, it would take a lot longer than 50k years for the next cycle to mature.

Tell me... how much do you know about the military?

We've been over this. That rule doesn't apply to private showers like the one in Shepard's cabin. Besides which, as I recall it was about preventing the spread of fungus and the like from those parts rather than privacy. Despite what any priest tells you, human female breasts are clean.

That entire scene was stupider than the Ace Ventura movies. BW, if you don't want to include nudity that's fine. Just keep the camera off their fun parts. But ffs, don't show people half-dressed in the shower. It kills the scene. I thought they went on a big thing about trying to keep immersion breaking stuff out of the game. How did this make it past?!

I can't quite remember what you guys said, but have your squad mates followed you to the beam ?
I remember someone saying that if you are looking back, they will just stand there and not move at all.
I am finishing my Insanity run and was stopping on the run to the beam to get a look on Harbinger.
Anyways, I haven't seen them before but right now, they are standing next to me.
Well I'm curious whether they are coming out of the Normandy.

Wait long enough and they follow, but it doesn't change the end sequence.

I doubt you're even sticking around to hear why the game itself says that the VI's are faulty and can only detect full on indoctrination with implants and junk.

Again, sleeper agents, prothean beacon, Shepard isn't indoctrinated yet.

Dont worry, Ill take this one.

Javik and the very same VI mention that the Protheans were attacked from the inside by Indoctrinated sleeper agents. In fact for an extended period of tim a group of Protheans were arguing for controlling the Reapers, but they turned out to all be Indoctrinated (sounds familiar?) Also Javiks own squad turned upon him after beeing indoctrinated.

Funny how many Indoctrinated sleeper agents you can have running around with VI´s with "flawless" Indoctrination detection, right?

Oh well short story short the VI Indoctrination detection is through these many instances of Indoctrinated undetected sleeper agents quite questionable and probably only extends to the most severe cases of indoctrination.

Also there is a difference between beeing in the process of becoming indoctrinated and actually beeing indoctrinated, the primary difference is that a fully Indoctrinated person is probably not gonna be shooting at the Reapers.
