You know what I find disturbing I think I am going insane, but in captains quarters when Shep stands in the office area I can hear foot steps. Do other people here the foot steps on that side the quarters?

Not saying it's related to IT just swear I hear them.

Don't worry, with IT in mind, when standing in Liara's office I wondered what all this buzzing and strange voices were. Then I realised, it's from the Shadow Broker's terminal. So nothing special.

But Normandy DID get a lot of background noise from chit chat, foot steps and beeping from all around. Actually adds to the atmosphere but can also make you crazy, hehe.

Yeah, but you shouldn't be hearing that in the captains quarters. It's where you dream so...

Started up my ME3 for the first time in like a month to check it out, turned off music and pumped up the audio.. and no, I didn't hear anything lol.

I heard that these noises in your quarters can get louder as the game progesses, but don't quote me on that.

I'm encoding a Fraps'd video right now where I disabled music and set the dynamic range to low so quiet sounds are louder.

Nice, I really think there is something to thesound effects through out the entire ending.

BTW! The conduit and the Crucible beam sound exactly the same.

Will take about 1-2 hours + the upload time on YT.
Included only the TIM and Guardian scene though, as I wanted to add some noted of what I noticed (like the footsteps)

Seems legit, if the walls are out of metal. Just this strange dude jogging around on Deck 2. :P

But sound getting louder...hm. It's difficult to prove this, since loudness is very subjective.

Interesting, noticed the increase in the War Room but not there, will keep that in mind next time to check on that. Also on another note: the noise from the War Room was louder in my first playthrough with ~3300 EMS while now I am at ~7500 EMS and they still aren't as loud.

Hmm, well I was listening with headphones for about a minute, didn't hear anything weird. Maybe it depends on when you listen to it, but I've never heard/seen anything weird on the Normandy.

I know that feeling. I'm 24 but I still get carded no matter where I go. Even to movies on dates. it's embarassing. Bright side i keep my youthful good looks forever. My dad was 78 and he looked like the average 30 year old.

Wait. Backup. You're 24 and your dad is 78? Dude, you're dad is THE MAN.

It's weird because when it does come up, he doesn't say any thing else, just "Did you here that hum?" and "Guess it was just me.".... Nothing else until you do another mission.

Man, Bioware is seriously messing with our minds - whether indended or not.
How many of us have been actively listening for background noises in games before ME3?

Doesn't matter whether it's placebo stuff or real. They did get me into conspiracy mode - never been one.

Only 2 other games I ever listened closely to the backround noises were Amnesia and BioShock.. If you ever play BioShock you should sit back and listen, it's extremely detailed. But yeah, the ending has made us all think: '' This is so bad it can't be real''..

Oh and another thing: when shooting Anderson both grunts aren't by Shep. There is no female voice when playing as femshep. The hole is also already there when Shep is forced to raise the gun:

A brand new re-write
that I liked..

*snipe*

Even better than the first better ! The whole Citadel sequence is well written ! You did cut it in two parts and make it works parallelly to what happens to Shep, so no flashbacks  !

I have a question though :

"If you Chose Synthesis, go to 10---> A pawn in a larger game
"

Wasn't it originally the result arising from the Blue/control choice like in your first text ?

"If you chose Control with high EMS, go to 11---> Self-sacrifice"

Same here (it should have gone to the green ending)

Is it a  mistake or did you swap them on purpose ?

@all the IT-disbelievers:

Please, for the sake of the discussion here, do read throroughly what the OP has written and some pages of this forum, to keep a accurate idea of the whole debate and don't come only to argue about what could be perhaps just a minor evidence (if even true)... Either you know what IT is and its points (most of them are, imo, pretty solid) and want to counter-argument, or you don't and then it's maybe better to keep reading before posting....

Personally I thought "WTF? Oh, they're trying to indoctrinate ME. I'll check online just to be sure.." the lack of prologue still makes sense ONLY if you beleive they were always planning to listen to then fans or just trying giving themselves more time.

The intensity is a bug that occurs sometimes, they should just be aligned with Sheps head so if she is looking at them from any angle the front faces her.

You hear Anderson and TIM grunting, I think.

@DJBare
Yeah, this monitor following someone is a nice idea, but somehow useless, unless it's such that they point to your face, not Shep's rotation direction. Probably a game engine machanics issue.

there is no femshep grunt or gasp or whatever you want to call it after the crucible docks and shepard goes to sit by anderson, so the double grunt could have been used for both as well
