they never actually said that. they just said the citadel was not completly destroid, didnt mention if shepard was on it or not.

An illusion created by the game or an illusion created by the one recording it? I'm not trying to be an anus, I just hope you understand my skepticism.

The fact that there's no weapon bench in the final area doesn't mean the weapon selection is a clue, that points more towards a gameplay mechanic in my eyes.

There is no weapons bench at that location, how was Shepard able to use a weapons bench that did not exists? 

Maybe it was in another room? 
Maybe Shepard just used some generic surface in the area and the level designers didn't consider it necessary to change the weapon mod screen. Sorry, I'm not seeing this one. It still smells more of a gameplay mechanic than any sort of evidence. Now, if those oscillations were present within the game, that would be another thing entirely.

Don't get me wrong, I still consider myself leaning towards Indoc theory as a plausible explanation for why the endings are what they are. There are strong indicators that were mentioned earlier by someone else, and I'd say most of them are pretty solid. Way back when the original leaks happened months ago, people were already asking if the child seen on Earth was just a hallucination based on how characters interacted with it. I thought it was silly at the time until I saw its role expanded in the actual game. The little "lightning-bolt-to-head" warning signs present in select scenes is also something that feels more deliberate, very "Sixth Sensey" and what I'd consider a clue. Same thing goes for the progression of the dreams.

I just don't like weaker evidence, because I feel it dilutes the standing of the theory as a whole. When people present things like the infinite ammo carnifex (gameplay), noclip Keeper (bug), and even the recent tree reflections (game designers scrapped the actual trees, decided reflections didn't need a fix because they weren't obtrusive) as "strong" evidence, it really does make it look like we're grasping at "emergency induction ports".

Then again, that's what this thread is for: finding strong possible evidence and sorting out the chaff.

I don't get the line of thinking where people post here just so they can say "I told you so" if IDT is proven wrong...

They never consider how ignorant and lame they will look if THEY are wrong.  But that usually doesn't factor into the thinking of people like that. 

If IDT turns out to be true, they'll say that Bioware changed their minds, that we bribed them, aliens are involved, that Dick Chaney made them do it, or Elvis is really a reaper and this is all misinformation designed to keep the secret that baboons will rise up and be our masters after Snooki's baby is born heralding the sign of the coming of the great apocalypse fortold by Joe the Fisherman...  (how's that for a run on sentence?)

IDT has already been proven false multiple times with actual statment/evidence.

You are now clinging to this theory similarly to how many cling to Christianity. You embrace ignorance and ignore knowledge, like this person:
