I have a question:
If IT was actually implemented in the game, and the real ending was only available after you picked Destroy (this is presuming the ending is not DLC but in the game from the start), do you think people would be pissed that only one choice was correct or would everybody be mindblown and applauding BioWare?
I personally think it would be the latter, but I'm curious to hear others' opinions on this.

Lined up all entries and then all short conversations when you climbed the ladder.

Liara's dialogue is... well I think it sounds suspicious.

She's usually so much more emotive than that...

You must be thinking about a different Liara. The Liara I've had in my games all these years has always sounded like that...  I can only think of a few occassions where she has been "emotive"... The rest of the time she sounds exactly like she does in that clip.

Read this;

And see that it makes more than one choice correct.

Especially the second part after climbing the ladder, Liara, Vega, and Ash all express the feeling of being watched.
We also know Vega hears unusual humming on the Normandy, Ash is questioning herself, and Liara seems pretty much odd in the whole scene.
Compared to Garrus, Tali, and Javik who are just disgusted.

So, you guys are looking for evidence of indoctrination here?

Sorry to disappoint guys, but Reapers- even in death- emit immense amounts of Electro-Magnetic Energy, which can result in the "6th Sense", along with hallucinations.

Without the Reaper nanites that imbed themselves in you, this effect is no different that passing by a large poorly wrapped wire. And determining if any such nanites infect your squad here, to proceed with implantation, energy field emition and Reaper signal processing, is virtually impossible in the short term.

Why exactly upon first seeing the Crucible does the game do a close up of Shepard clenching her fist?

Thats usually just to indicate when Shep is angry and you're about to get a renegade interrupt of some sort.

Seems kind of out of place as a reaction to seeing the device thats supposed to save the day.

My guess would be it's a "it better be worth it" reaction, but interesting observation.
Maybe not really related but TIM does the same at another time:

And usually I would say he isn't the type for that.

Well, how can anyone prove it? But why does the squad react differently to it? Is it a race thing? We can assume that they did it this way for a purpose, so why different reactions?

The thing is that it seems Liara, Vega, and Ash already have these nanites in them as they react completely different. You think it's chance there are two different responses by Shep and that the response hinting more to indoctrination are exactly the people who seem to be the candidates for indoctrination?

You know, is it just me, or does TIM look older in the scene where you see him in real life (so to speak)?  I mean, in the hologram, he looks pretty much like he did in ME2, but in the scene where you see him "in person" he looks more wrinkled to me.  It could just be a change in appearance, like with Udina, or a strange effect caused by the lighting, but it just struck me as weird.

As has been mentioned before, while we believe Destroy would be a clear victory state it's possible that Bioware could implement the rachni queen or Javik's memory shard or something similar as a "get out of jail free" card much like what you could do with Wrex or Tali previously.

People are already pissed with IT for many reasons. No doubt some people wouldn't like to discover they got played. But Bioware can still craft some excellent story even if Shepard 'fails'.

There are numerous possibilities. Someone suggested a scene to mirror Saren's betrayal of Nihilus if Shepard chose Synthesis. I think it'd be great if Shepard was indoctrinated and it took their crewmembers to convince Shep what happened, as Shepard can do for Saren and TIM.

Think not what didn't happen according to IT. Think about what could happen.

I brought this up a while ago, saying it looked like he was already degenerating into the version we see in the end-game, and that the hologram is covering up for it, but everyone else was like 'Nah its just a lighting glitch, you're crazy."

When was it established that nanite infection was neccesary for full indoctrination?

They reactions are appropriate for EMF exposure- nervousness, feeling watched, a sense of being "violated".

As for different reactions, people vary in their sensitivity- the most adverse reactions can cause heart problems, vomitting, etc. albeit, such people are rare. There is also something there to be said artistically about breaking up the the companion dialogue some.

I personally would expect Garrus and Tali to be indoctrinated, out of all the crew, given their more extensive background with Shepard.

You're not crazy.  The fact that you were able to create IT proves it.  Also, I'm glad I'm not alone in thinking that something is up with TIMMY.

It does in fact look less wrinkled on PC, but it's still more then usual. Hard to tell if intentionally or not.

In the Books/Comics, (Evolution and Retribution I believe), and then it's also suggested in certain audio logs in ME3 and, (if memory serves), ME2.

If you listen to all of the research files in the Cerberus base you'll hear the discovery that Reapers communicate to their victims via signals sent to nanites and, later, implants.

With regards to the video.  I find it interesting that the people who have been with Shepard the least amount of time have the feeling of being watched.  Javik is the exception, but when you think about it, he's probably been exposed to a ****ton of Reapers and Reaper tech throughout his life.

Anyone remember how I brought up a while ago that if you bring James with you on the mission that takes place in the Firebase Reactor multiplayer map, he's talks about how he feels like he's being watched? And it turns out that place is infested with husks and marauders and brutes and all that good Reaper stuff?

Could make sense if you say Shep is indoctrinated too and because of that just jokes about it as she is so accustomed to it. But still the lines where Vega hears his hum, would that go away too? If yes then all are indoctrinated :D

Funny you should mention the hum line.  I do believe that you only hear it once, and it's fairly early in the game when you do.  INDOCTRINATION!!!!
