How do you think my Shepard felt when he realized it wasn't a supersonic pistol barrel cleaning device?

Could make sense if you say Shep is indoctrinated too and because of that just jokes about it as she is so accustomed to it. But still the lines where Vega hears his hum, would that go away too? If yes then all are indoctrinated
Humor is a common coping mechanism. And it has already been established the the humming was being emitted by a long cylindrical object that was found vibrating across the weapon's bench down in the cargo bay.
OK, if you don't get the joke, I'm not going to explain it.
Oh dear. We're already getting in-jokes. (I get it by the way.)
Now, normally they're fine. But we really, really don't want to start alienating newcomers or thread irregulars with em. Either don't bring em up or link dat shiz.

Also, long term exposure to the object is known to cause bleeding out, and death.

I have a question:
If IT was actually implemented in the game, and the real ending was only available after you picked Destroy (this is presuming the ending is not DLC but in the game from the start), do you think people would be pissed that only one choice was correct or would everybody be mindblown and applauding BioWare?
I personally think it would be the latter, but I'm curious to hear others' opinions on this.
Looks more like going from idle to flying state. The animation is also used when Harbinger appears at the Comm Tower in Arrival.Fingertrip wrote...
Has people not realised that, during the "fist clenching" scenes, it's zoomed into the hands. Speaking of which, do people realise the animation of when Harbinger assumed direct control, or released control? (In this case, release control)
For reference, @ 4:42 to 4:46. Harbinger animation isn't that different from clenching a fist.
For all what's worth, it's subtle- yet the resemblance is pretty close. For what's worth, maybe Harbinger just wanted a status update on the Crucible- or he was close to assuming control. Could be either one, or it's nothing but grasping at straws, but I can't help but find the resemblances are somewhat ... neat.

There are pistols with that caliber?

First thing launched out of the Batarian Harpoon Gun. You should have seen the look on that Cerberus drone's face when it hit him.Talk about promoting blood flow to the impact site. I can only imagine the words out of the medics mouth when he discovered the nature of the projectile.
BTW, it was Drunk Tali's idea.

Ohoho if you've seen what we've seen, you'd know that only something as awful as twilight will get this thread locked.
