You guys do know there is an entire forum dedicated to discussion of the LI's, right?

This thread is for stuff like this:

My new favorite evidence right now....

Hold on a second.... if that's really in the files doesn't that guarantee that the IT is true?  Or at least it guarantees that they intended for that sequence to be a dream.  WTF?  Why haven't I seen this evidence in any of the videos?

A lot of the Indoc. Theory videos were created early on- this is a later find.

And it doesn't guarantee it, per se, but it very very heavily suggests it. The bottom line is, we're trying to figure out which is the moon and which is the reflection in the lilly pond. Then, even if we determine the lilly pond, we will be hard pressed to distinguish its size and contents.

So much is perceptually subjective here.

Can't somebody just analyze the plant life in the dream sequences and see if the assets in that picture where  used there?    If they weren't, then it's a pretty sure bet that they intended the IT.  I mean the assets did have the name "dream" attached to them, so somebody should find out if these assets were used for the three dream sequences and we would likely have our answer.

By the way, a few pages back where there was a discussion on the conversations during the sequence of the Human Proto-Reaper. Notice that the squadmates that state that they felt like they were being watched hadn't been around with Shepard for the most part (They weren't squadmates back in ME2)? With the exception of Javik, but he has spent alot of time around Reapers as well. Garrus and Tali, whom been with Shepard the longest as well as having been in the collector base, doesn't say that they felt like they were being watched.

No comment? :X

But all showed a great deal of disgust or urgency in its presence. And Garrus made a hospital reference which is a near parallel to James mentioning a graveyard- a sign that both individuals were experiencing an uneasiness.

Having seen and experienced the symptoms of EMF exposure at length, I find nothing out of place here.

I'm pretty sure the Garrus comment about hospitals is about his comment during Mordin's loyalty mission in ME2.

So I stumbled upon an Audiomachine song called "The Truth" that reminded me of IT. Naturally since I have a final on Monday, I decided to spend my time making a video of my interpretation of IT put to that song instead of studying. It's my first ever video so it's not very good and Youtube turned it into awful quality, but I thought I'd post it here for kicks.

Then how does this count as evidence and how does it strongly suggest the IT?

Hmmm. Well, in a similar note, still not out of place. That would fit within his humor.

At least he didn't question the Reaper's reach and flexibility.

True. Surprised Bioware decided to use that comment though, not everyone took Garrus on the Mordin mission to get that comment (I usually took Grunt for the contrast or Miranda for the health/sheild/damage boost). Reach and flexibility would've been more familiar now that you mention it *ponders other Garrus jokes*

What I'm saying is that if the plant life we see in that picture was used before and is named Dream Foliage, then it may just be named that because it was used for the dream sequences with the kid (the ones where Shepard chases him in the forest) and it could just be a reused asset.  So I am asking how that could be evidence for the IT if the plant life on the end planet was previously used in the series of dreams that Shep had on the Normandy.

Like I said in the comments, you did good. Quality looked alright, sound was a little quiet compared to other vids I've seen but overall good job. Although, might want to try a femshep verson before Byne pops in :P

LADIES AND YOUNGER LADIES (and gentlemen).

I am bored.

Since I have decided not to hit up the awesomeness that is Mass Effect 3 (really, this theory has not only made it playable for me again, but actually even more awesome than it was to begin with) until the EC comes out, to better enjoy the full effect, I find myself in need of a RPG.

I've pretty much burned myself out on the grand noveau-retro dungeoncrawler that is Legend of Grimrock.

I bought the Enhanced Edition of The Witcher, but to be honest, I am not really impressed, at all.

I've considered going back and finally finishing Dragon Age 2 all the way through, which does seem the most appealing right now.

Skyrim I have played to death and don't much feel like hitting up right now.

Baldur's Gate I have played to death, beyond and back again so many times over my lifetime it's not even funny.

So basically, suggestions to stave off my boredom while I wait for the EC?

OOOOOOH, that. No, if any of that is in the "Official" dreams, I've not seen it. And I've been through those dreams at least a dozen times to study both visual and audio queues. They are in the ending though.

I wish there was a way for us to know for certain that the foliage wasn't used in the "official" dream sequences because then that would probably be a dead giveaway.  Then again, if they had intended IT, they wouldn't make it that easy for us.

What about Dragon Age Origins? That always fills my RPG needs when all else fails. I've only finished with 3 out of the...how many, 8 origin species? Or if you're really bored you can fan-script some ME3 endings (alternative to the one you have already shared).

At this point I dont even want the IT to be true. Just because it would a last ditch lazy attempt to save face.

Unless it's all according to their master plan you mean? We just have to wait and see. And even if they do it as a last ditch attempt, it's Bioware they wont be lazy about it (I hope).

Hey gunslinger I like your positive attitude :D, at a time when alot of fans are in the "I dunt care the game iz ruined" mode, its nice to find someone hopeful. I'm not saying this to anyone in particular, some of my friends are like that its very annoying. Each time they see me playing ME3 they are like: ohh you are playing that fail game.. how pathetic -_-

BTW, why wouldn't anyone want IDT to be true? I understand why people can be against IDT (lack of evidence or whatever) but why would you not want it to be true? Its like I know there is no heaven full of beautiful virgins, but wouldn't you want it to be true? xD (probably a bad analogy) Doesn't incorporating an indoctrination attempt on the player make the game cooler? (apart from the incomplete game rant). How can IDT be a lazier attempt than what we already have? And even if it is a lazy attempt, I dont care as long as it fixes the broken endings.

Someone please explain, if shepard is unconscious then when he wakes up there's still a war happening right? If IT is Bioware's intent, then how do they defeat the reaper's if shep was dreaming?

How about Risen? Or Risen 2: Dark waters? Maybe Gothic 1,2, or 3?
