I think shadows are stretching it a bit, it's entirely possible that it's just a minor visual bug. Like when you can see Shepard's shadow Under the raised platform after you pass out.
All within the ending though, we need a pic of strange shadow play in other parts of the game.

Welcome to the rabbit hole, friend. That's a pretty good summary of IT, but, if you have a few spare days available, I highly recommend trawling through this thread, you'll find a LOT more things to consider.
A really good, comprehensive trawl of the evidence can be found on a blog linked right here in this thread, but I can't find it! Also it misses some of the major evidence, like the cubemap and the dream_foliage filename.

Yes, the shadows are glitchy, but no, that does not mean that shadows disobey the direction of the light source at any other part of the game. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I know, this is the only part of the game where objects/characters have shadows that directionally defy the lighting.

It's also the only scene ever that TIM appears without his music in the entire series. Considering it's the final time we see him, and that the sound guys put "Vigil" in the menu/Normandy music, there's no way that's by accident. To me that's actually one of the strongest IT points; in the top 10 at least.

Actually much to my dismay someone did discover that when TIM implores you to save the collector base instead of destroying it, his music does not play. I still think that the lack of his music on the Citadel is a point for IT, but the fact that there is one other scene in ME2 that also lacks his music, the point is not as strong as I once thought it was.

I'm pretty sure his theme didn't play at the end of ME2 when he's trying to convince shepard to keep the collector base.

I highly doubt the shadows were done on accident. You guys do know there is such a thing as Lighting Artists right? There is no way they would miss this. As well as QA.
There is an awful lot of "accidents" and "coincedences" spanning the entire spectrum of what makes up the final scenes...it is almost like it was...planned for some reason.

Speaking of, I would love it if all the Theorists could get together for a day of posting taking ALL of our evidence for Indoctrination and try to disprove it. See how far we can take it, try and explain it another way. So far on my own I cannot, the majority of evidence points towards Indoctrination.

That IS weird about the shadows, but yes I would be willing to write that one off as a lighting bug rather than an intentional clue.
It would be interesting to see a lighting bug like this in any other part of the series.

Then it shpould be possible to find similar bugs in the rest of the game. Wont deny it is possible, but yet to see anything that bad.
Also we are talking one of the most important scenes in the game and the shadows change position almost from frame to frame with not even beeing close to the lightsource

I wouldnt be so quick to write it off. Did you notice that one camera angle during the convo that seems to specifically highlight the opposing shadows? I'm 90% sure its deliberate. Besides, the devs would have to go out of their way to place multiple light sources (or simply manually set shadow orientation, depending on the how the engine handles shadows). Why would they go out of their way to not only make their shadows go in different directions, but also at 45 degree angles opposing Shepard? Looks strangely analogous to dialog tree spokes to me.

Actually I think the shadows remain at opposing 45 degree angles (from Shepards perspective) for the entire scene.

I actually did this in my head once. I wish I had documented it. In my opinion, the biggest one that I could not come up with any kind of face-value explanation for was Anderson's line "I think I see something up ahead, it might be a way to cross over" when he's already standing at the control panel. The ONLY non-IT explanation for that one is that Bioware F-ed up. And considering they "choreographed the ending down to the second", I dont see how they could have missed that one.

Ultimately... it is outright impossible to disprove IT. There is too many consistancies and evidence for it. A rational person will know that. That is why you see only trolls/ignorant people saying that IT is impossible/wrong and can not bring evidence forward.

I hate being 100% certain of Anything, I'd say it's still possible for IT to be false but it is extremely likely IT is true. Just need to try and poke some holes and potentially fill said holes with other explanations. Trying to disprove a Theory and failing ought to make it stronger

Right. What I mean't was that it is impossible to disprove it. So IT is still a very valid possibility. People who write it off as improbable are just fools.

Well there is some evidence that can be explained away with little hassle but then when things like TIM's shift in attitude and the kid surviving getting lasered and/or nobody noticing him people begin to nitpick at why its wrong.
