I could never kill Wrex or Eve. I'd rather let Mordin die. I liked him, but Wrex was there from the beginning....
also yeah it's sad Legion dies. And to think I never really liked him in ME2! In ME3 he was amazing, but then of course he had to die. The renegade scene is even worse than shooting Mordin in the back, and that one is REALLY bad.
Blasphemy!
Did he not win you over with his awesome dance moves?

That's what I thought when I read that lol. Legion in ME2 is exactly why I like legion. He brought a new perspective to the geth that not everyon knew about. Not only did it surprise me as a player, but it also surprised the characters like Shepard and Tali.
My first play through I had no choice but to kill him. I couldn't kill Tali's people you know, and at the time the geth couldn't be trusted with all that reaper code in them. I didn't know any better. But when the scene was playing out I was like:
No.....
No No No...........
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah I know. It wasn't an option. so I assumed that it was either or just like the cure mission.
My second playthough was much, much different.

Well, um, yes, that probably is quite literally exactly what it's talking aboutKroen135 wrote...
There was a mention a few pages ago about Object RHO and how most seem to coin it as the first canon (atleast the most like likely successful attempt at it) indoctrination of Shepard. I would like to point out that during the gauntlet while Object Rho is charging up. It will say many things. It sounds just like Harbinger but if you run with subtitles clearly states that it is Object Rho saying it. (This doesn't mean it's Harbinger or it isn't. Although I personally believe it is but as I have no canon/in game proof; I will just say it's Object Rho.
Most of his things are ego maniacal crap. One thing does catch my attention and it's worth pointing out on this forum.
Object Rho: "Struggle if you wish Shepard, your mind will be mine."
Hmm, that sounds awfully close to indoctrination yes? Thoughts?
(sorry if it's been said before just now coming back since page 1800 lol)

Yknow, as much as I like Tali, if it really was an either/or choice like with the genophage cure, I'd probably choose the geth everytime.
The quarians have been the aggressors against the geth throughout their entire history. The geth have done nothing but defend themselves.
If you side with the geth, it isnt your fault the quarians got wiped out. You DID warn them after all, and they just kept firing.
Its hard to feel sympathy for the quarians.
Plus, even if Tali is your romance and she kills herself, you still get zombie Tali to come visit you before the attack on the Cerberus base, so you dont even miss out on your romance scene.
Siding with the geth is a win/win.

My canon Shep couldn't save Tali from being exiled in ME2, so peace was not an option. I had to choose between Tali and Legion; I honestly thought the quarians wont be so foolish. Chose to side with Legion, and my reaction, too was pretty much like that
