Here’s something to consider.
Cerberus’ top man – TIM – had been indoctrinated. TIM had EVA grab the plans for the Crucible.   Did Eva have time to:

1)       Alter the plans making the Crucible function differently

2)       Send Cerberus a copy of the plans that were forwarded to the reapers so they knew what to expect. Victory says that the nature of the catalyst was kept secret because the reapers would protect it.

So was the Citadel/Crucible the bait to lure Shepard into a trap to finally indoctrinate him/her?

Awww man you're putting me in a tight corner :D ! But I won't give up so easily. Let me put some thoughts about it and I'll try to come with a plausible answer..If you're still interested...

And is the Citadel really the Catalyst.

TIM got a hold of the Prothean VI - is it possible he reprogrammed it?

Wow, 2,177 pages! Do any of you think we should at least consider moving to a new thread?

What? No! If we abandon this notoriously known thread, we will just be troll fodder! Don't forget, this thread is kinda a safe haven from the ****storm going on outside!:P

OMG There is an outside?

There's such a thing as sunlight?

I know right, I must go experience this out...side....

Don't! There's a big ball OF NUCLEAR FIRE in the sky!!! :o

lol not at the moment here it's a full moon and cold.......

The moon is even more insidious, for reasons you couldn't even fathom.

Uhmmm... You all do know that with "outside" I meant the forums, right?

Yes we do know this, we were just being funny lol

Lol i just saw an article someone wrote saying IT was a bad/ cop out ending. he then added that this was his opinion, and that he didn't like the end of The Usual Suspects.

He should really move that Usual Suspects part to the start of his article so everyone can know not to read it :P

I too hate being tricked by twists.

The Sixth Sense, Fight Club, KOTOR...

I mean come, on Vader is Luke's father... ?  That's such lousy writing.

Did anyone even like those movies?  Who even played KOTOR either?    Who wants to watch a movie where there is subtle plot development and events that challenge their pre-conceived notions?  Not me.  I want a spade to always be a spade.  Speaking of David Spade - I hated it in Tommy Boy where it turns out he's bald.  I just thought he was a selfish little ******, but then it turns out that he's self-conscious and can actually be a really cool guy.  NOT COOL!

Ok enough Sarcasm.  I'll return you to your regularly scheduled programming.

Good for him.

I prefer his second book  "Harry Potter and the Balance of Earth."

Man bear pig doesn't care about you, he only wants to get you.

Now that I think about it, Shepard is whooshing around telling everyone about these "reapers."  Does the council just feel like he doesn't have any friends or something?

btw anyone know what becomes of the data acquired in "N7: Lost Operative"?
(where you had to choose Upload the Data to Cerberus Command, or Upload the Data to Alliance Command, or Keep the data for yourself)

Never heard of it again. Thought about my choice for nothing I guess.
And if someone says it becomes a little number in that EMS chart, I'm going to smash something.

You were conflicted about giving Cerberus intel to the Alliance?

Anyhow, did any of the N7 missions in ME2 actually have consequences in ME3?

I was always conflicted about saving either the military installation or the civilian area during that one mission with the two batarian missiles, and I dont think it even came up in ME3.

That missile mission had direct consequences and you could read what comes. It's a closed arc, but the data should not.
I saved and encrypted them on the Normandy, but as EDI says it will take two years, but only get a half it's never done. I wonder if it was planned to give some advantage to either faction.
