During the last scene with TIM he says that he dedicated his life to understanding the Reapers. But the Reapers showed themselves only 3 years ago (in ME timescale). So it seems he knew about them before Sovereign and Saren teamed up.

Yes, as established in one comic. That's why he created Cerberus in the first place.

So maybe Cerberus is just a diversion for the Reapers.

On some level, yes. TIM is suffering from a slow and prolonged indoctrination, mostly based on suggestions.
The first one is the accentuated pro human/anti alien orientation.
The second is that he believes he can control the Reapers.

Probly my favorite line in the game.  Too bad it's not real. <_<

As for the legend save isn't that just so you don't need to start a whole new game to play DLC?

No, after you finished the game the first time it creates:
AutoSave: setting you back on the Normandy so you could play DLCs and go after Cerberus again.
NewGamePlusSave: (if not created by importing from ME2/ME3) so you can start a New Game Plus.
LegendSave: purpose unknown.

Bring EDI with you. He will remember her, and I have to say I always start crying just when he says "906.01 equals..."

He also remembers Garrus as well.

I think this is literally the first time TIM got nervous in Mass Effect. It was funny but also unsettling because it showed that he was unsure whether he could control the Reapers at that point. And if he couldn't the whole galaxy was scr***d up.

Just because Shepard isn't there, doesn't mean the war won't go on, I've always said that an ME MMO would be the only MMO I would ever play. You'd have an indocrination meter, your own ship, etc. it. would. be. AWESOME!

No. No it wouldn't. You never, ever bind a well established verse into an MMO world. Too much will be sacrificed in the process. Just look at WoW and you'll see what I mean.

Making a ME MMO is basically like converting ME into a Reaper. Harvest useful material to create a form that is huge, menacing, and a complete dead-end for what it's based on.

I would much rather get ME 4, but mmo would work for me.

Let's see what the Elder Scrolls mmo is going to look like:

I will buy all mass effect products including a prequel why not it only gives us more of the mass effect story. I wouldn't mind learning more about the reapers and how they all started or more about the characters and story of mass effect period I'm currently reading the books and comics and theirs a lot more to the mass effect story that they can put into more games. I could see maybe a DLC or game about invasion on Omega that was a cool book to read.Would be nice to Experiance that on a console.

Not to burst your bubble but one interview with Mac Walters in the app says that they know where the reapers come from, how they were created but chose not to say as that way it let's people keep their own ideas

A game that runs parallell to th Evans of the Mass Effect franchise could work as long as the story doesn't hinge in the reapers again.

That looks nothing like any Elder scrolls game ....... I am a huge Elder scrolls fan and I will refuse to play it honestly. But I am going to play guild wars 2 and on that note I am off to bed night all.

Edit: Why say 1000 years before SKyrim why not say a few years after oblivion, and way wasnt Zenimax the company who were going to make the fallout mmo?

Legendary save? I haven't heard of this... what else is there to it? What conditions I mean.

On a side note; How exactly are you able to keep Anderson alive...every ending I get he is killed. Or was I lied to about this?

I said that the app confirms games will not take place in a post Shepard universe. I.e. We will never see all the ramifications of the reaper war. Unless the E.C. does something spectacular we may never know what happened to the galactic fleet in the sol system. Or if the Krogan species survived, can the quatrains and geth coexist etc?

As for the legend save isn't that just so you don't need to start a whole new game to play DLC?

Again, I want to believe in something g better, part of me still does but just thought I add this little tidbit of unfo

Again it's not just that Shepard won't be there, it's that it's unlikely that any games will take place after the events of ME3. There is a key difference

He dies regardless, the difference is if you le TIM shoot him a 2nd time I if you talk him down or shoot TIM as an interrupt

If there's money to be made, the game will be made. I don't care what Geoff Keighly APP said because he was practically blindfolded all 3 time he was there. They gave him information they knew would reach the public.

I always end up being forced to shoot him and make TIM kill himself but never have I had an interrupt... what conditions create this? I've always had a very high GR as well enough to ensure with red that I am alive. I believe I usually hover around 7000 or more but I can't be certain, definintly over 6000.

This is why I say that MMOs are where IPs go to die slow, agonizing deaths.

Its a renegade interrupt I believe, and to get it you need to take the renegade options in all previous conversations with Tim.

The key is to make sure all dialogue options with Tim are either paragon or renegade this should allow Anderson to live long enough to give his dying monologue.

AFAIK Anderson dies everytime but it's when he dies the changes

I know this is random but I have figured out how to explain how the prothean VI could tell about the indoctrinated presence by saren and kai leng and the TIM they all have reaper implants that is the only ones that they detect the indoctrination

Yeah, that's my main counter to the Thessia VI thing, also Shep wasn't indoctrinated yet, and the VI's are at least 50,000 years old and couldn't even detect sleeper agent when they were new.

Going renagade on the option before or on all options would make sense. I am maxed out and could choose either but i play a more paragon Shepard, especially for conversations like that.
