Yes I remember your theory. It included Javik's totem and Eve's crystal if I recall it good. They'll get a planet (or maybe more) and will be as you said under strict surveillance of the council. Same goes for the Krogan (+ siege in the Council) but it won't be that easy...Raistlin Majare 1992 wrote...
The Rachni Queen I have a specific Idea for when it comes to the ending and IT. Basicly I theorize (or rather wish for) that the Rachni Queen could be a kind of "get out of Indoctrination card" if you have her alive and choose Control/Synthesis, using her ability of interacting with a beeing mind and her resistance to Indoctrination to give Shepard a way out. My idea was that it would cost her her life to get close enough to do it.
I have said this before as it fullfills the "the Rachni choice will have large impact in the ending" promise and Adrian used it as part of his EC story idea.
But yeah i would also like to know what happens to her afterwards if she is alive. My guess is she goes to distant planet to recreate her species, but maybe now that she is public knowledge (eveyone who worked on the Crucible knows of her) the Alliance/Council might give the Rachni a to them habitable planet closer to civilization in order to keep an eye on them.

Off course it wont be easy, the galaxy still remembers the Rachni wars. But idd say helping stopping the Reapers at least earns them a chance even if the Council will probably insist on having them watched.
Personally I hope we at least get something minor on the Rachni in EC if they are alive in ones save as I am really fascinated by them and would love to learn more. While a race of intelligent space faring insects are nothing new in Sci-Fi, them not beeing enemies (even if they were) is not something seen often and what little we know of their culture and speech sounds really fascinating.
Just thinking out loud here, but a game set during the Rachni wars could be really coold not only for learning more about the Rachni but also for seeing the political debate and desperation which went ahead of uplifting the Krogan + actually having a Sci-Fi game where humanity is not included at all could be interesting.

Saw a vid the other day of an engine one guy built himself that allows for space exploration and seamless planetary transitions. Fully rendered, full-planet terrain, beautiful water, starry skies, the whole bit. All I could think at the time was, "Civilization 6 and Mass Effect: Wars, please!"
First Contact, Rachni Wars, Krogan Rebellions, oh deary me!

"Hey, I dont know if it is mentioned before, but when you go to TIM base you watch a video of TIM getting a surgery (?) for his implants. But moments later when you enter his room and talk to him, there is nothing wrong with his face... and in the last scenes on the Citadel he is already having his facial scars... so... why he is looking well after the surgery and bad later? I dont get it."

Good question. I also spotted that temporal contradiction. Can it mean that TIM on Cronos is a VI? Or the hallucinations affected only parts of Shepard's conciousness at that moment?estebanus wrote...

While we're talking about stuff EC should add, that fake Weekes post did give one truly awesome idea. We'll see them for sure. I'm not very fond of prequels so while I find your idea pretty neat, I'd prefer a sequel without Shep and with the Yahg as a new threat.Raistlin Majare 1992 wrote...

I dont think it would be hard for TIM to make the hologram or what it is use his old face while he still spreaks through it.
But another possibility is that the implants were never as extreme as we see in the TIm/Anderson scene and that it is simply Shepard´s mind (or the Reapers) making changes to TIM based on how Saren looked in the last encounter.

i'll try and look at these through a pro IT and anti IT perspective.
-pro IT- since this would be in shepard's mind we can surmise that this illusive man also emulates the saren confrontation as in saren was heavily modified with geth/reaper technology and the possibility of them taking their own lives.
-anti IT- since "huskification" developes faster when more adrenaline is produced, we can assume that it was a slow process for TIM since he's calm all the time, basically telling us that his adrenaline levels wouldn't be as high as would normal people's in this situation.

Oh god, YESSS!!! That would be unbelievably awesome!
Also, seeing Elcor march in to battle with minguns and rocket launchers on their backs, seeing geth fighters and quarian ships work together to take down a reaper...That would be some of the most epic moments I could imagine!

it's arguing semantics, they said they would only add to the existent endings, If IT turns out to be true then the endings we got just need to be added to as they said. IT doesn't make a new ending required but rather expanded upon.

Errmmm... No we aren't.
What we're asking for is the extended cut to represent our choices much better. That does not equal wanting a new ending.

But now, nobody is happy about the ending: we don’t know how the war ended and whether it did (since everything was a dream) and the IT-skeptics don’t like the stupid literal ending. I agree with Bioware, that the end should speak for itself, but the problem is – it doesn’t.

the destroy ending would mean resisting the indocrination attempt, waking up and finishing the fight.
in the control, synthesis ending it would mean being indocrinated but for the people who picked this to have a fighting chance, how about a paragon/renegade interrupt during the credits to break free of the indocrination and do that suicide ending with the result being shepard doing something to take the reapers down with him/her?
