So this is a little off subject from the whole weird sound topic (which is very interesting), but is anyone else getting a little fed up with the people that like or are okay with the ending pretty much saying that we have no imagination, yet we support the indoctrination theory that is full of imagination and clues throughout the game?
Meh. Let 'em rage. There's nothing you can do about the internet's capacity to let people anonymously pose knee-jerk arguments. All you can do is not lower yourself to another level, present your arguments calmly and cogently, and try not to let your own anonymity contort your point-of-view.
I talk the way I do in person, as if the things I say here would be accontable in a real-world environment. Many online don't. Yes, it's unfortunately that people are saying that a resourceful, intuitive idea-in-motion like BioWare exploiting indoctrination is void of imagination, and interpreting as such isn't creative, but all you can do is stick to your own internal guns.
And when the hell is Bioware going to discuss the ending with us like they said they would. E3? Comic-Con? Just venting, sorry.
The wise move---in my opinion---would have been to deliver the extended cut before E3, and discuss it there. Now? I have no idea, but I sincerely hope they're fleshing out some form of game plan, because ME3's reputation is going to hang over any presence they have there.
