Guys ... bioware sometimes do not understand what it promises (there are threads of statements are not kept) ... and want to find the truth about the things they say in twitter? Posted Image

Hope it hurts, does not see things that exist. Posted Image

You know when of those dreams end? You get the white ball on the screen? It's exactly the same as when you get knocked out from the beam. It might just be reusing textures though.

Hey- this has likely been posted up already or just me randomly clutching at emergency induction ports but when Shep finishes talking to TIM and he kills himself, Shep and Anderson sit down and talk before he dies-- You see Shep look at a wound he/she takes to the stomach--> well didn't Shep just shot Anderson in the stomach? Any possibilty that projection of shooting Anderson has been reflected unto Shep themself?

Or perhaps the wound is simply one taken from being blasted from Harbinger :S I dunno

There is one hole in this theory that you may want to plug.  Sheppard doesn't necessarily live in the "Destroy" ending.  You have to "save" Anderson from TIM and have at least 4000 war assets, or not "save" him from TIM and have at least 5000 war assets.  This is the only way to get the ending that implies he/she lives.  Otherwise you don't get this ending even if you choose the Destroy option.  All you get is the Reapers being destroyed and Earth being saved.

I say you may want to plug it because I like your theory.  I didn't hate the endings, but they did feel off to me.  I still don't get how Javik got off of the Normandy at the end when he was with me during the charge to the Conduit.  And the fact that Anderson's choice was renegade while TIM's was paragon doesn't sit well with me.

That's not too hard to do - if you don't have enough readiness rating, the allied forces get overwhelmed. I don't have much trouble seeing how Sheppard might not survive in that situation.

 By the way:

Another hint that the "Paragon" option just appears to be Paragon to Shepard because he is indoctrinated is the following:
In ME2, if you choose not to destroy the reaper base, your obviously Renegade. That means that your standard choice is the Renegade one.
Voilá, if you have less than 3000 (?)  points you don't have a choice - you have to choose control. The renegade option. That is a clear indication that control really is the renegade option disguised as the paragon option.

Alright - so I've gone back and tried to analyze the different endings from each of the games. Here's the path I'm following:
ME1 - Saren claims his relationship is Symbiotic (synergy)
Saren: the relationship is symbiotic. organic and machine intertwined, a union of flesh & steel. The strengths of both, the weaknesses of neither."
saren: I am a vision of the future, shepard. The evolution of all organic life. This is our destiny. Join Sovereign and experience a true rebirth."

ME2 - TIM - it's all about control - he 'controls' Shep in a certain sense, he gives enough illusion to make it appear to be a choice but in reality he's guiding Shep.
Tim: "Some would say what we did to you was going too far. but look what you've accomplished."

ME3 - It's about destruction - "take Earth back", Reapers attacking planets. Total annihilation.

Perhaps all this does is further support the theory that Destroy is the right choice to make, which we already know, since it's the only one where we see Shep/someone take a breathe but it also leads us to believe that something else (perhaps indoctrination) is at work by making destruction a good thing.

On 4chan, there was an image where it showed new MP related content. The poster also said that the endings would be included within this MP pack and it would be free. Claimed he was a minor BioWare employee. Another one (or the same one) did give out accurate info about ME2 DLC back in 2010.

How do you know it's the same one? Not doubting you, just curious.<3

It COULD be the same one, since the first time we heard about ME2 info, it was DLC-centered. What he said about LotSB was accurate once people played it. Now, we're getting info about ME3... and it's DLC-centered.

but you know you're still trusting 4chan to be honest/correct. Just because they were accurate before doesn't mean its the same person or they'll be accurate this time around. Lets stick with our optimism that bioware won't leave us hanging the like this

It looks like a gunshot wound. You get shot by a Marauder when you're walking towards the beam but it grazes your shoulder. This has been brought up before and it's a good piece of evidence; thank you for reviving it :) Also, the wound that Shepard clutches is the same place where he shoots Anderson.

This is my theory about what happens (apologies if someone has stated this before. If you believe the indoctrination theory. What you see in the end is Shepard breathing or dead. Either way his story ends here as the protagonist. He wont get up anytime soon.

What then happens is me4. A new protagonist starts off going into the citadel and finishing the reapers off. Celebrations ensue where you're shepard is a crippled living legend/statue. However you're new protagonist realises that something deeper stirs in space hence a new trilogy begins using another protagonist.

Bioware gets a new trilogy, an artistic ending where Shepard isn't a failure as he managed to unite the galaxy but being only "human" could not do everything. He laid the ground work through his decisions. However bioware can continue the universe with a new protagonist and a new squad.

Either way bioware stated Shepard story ends here.

No.

The devs specifically said they have no intention of turning Mass effect into "Lost".
