Then, there is also reverse engineering. Engineer Adams/Tali wouldn't suddenly forget how FTL drives works. They'd be able to figure out how to rebuild it.

If you're talking about Anderson looking at the camera instead of TIM, I think you're reading into it too much. Just a quirk with the animation. Plus considering the condition Anderson was in there, he probably wasn't able to turn all the way to look straight at TIM.SomeoneStoleMyName wrote...
I still think this video: start at 0:55 and pause the vid at 0:57 - is one of the biggest give-aways. Sends chills down my spine everytime!

Someone should ask her how dead crewmates get onto the ship then. IF EMS is low then your crewmates die in that run, but we've seen them show up on the normandy afterwards, if I recall correctly.

Funny that. NWN 2 = 90% bad game but the ending was decent. ME3 is the opposite.

The renegade red circle-and-dots are flipped so there are 2 at the top left and right, with one at bottom center, whereas the blue Indoc eyes are 2 at lower left and right. Don't I remember TIM having a center-top blue?
The eye thing is significant but got buried in page 383

This is clearly the intended ending and those who argue we're clearly "indoctrinated" and can't accost they were tricked into keeping the Reapers alive

I knew I'd seen it; couldn't remember the page, heh. Hard to see the center-top eyedots on those fine huskified gentlemen, but I swear they're there!

There are Reaperized organics in the place, but that's awful convenient wording. AFAIK we didn't even have "feels like they're being watched" as a known symptom of indoctrination before they gave us this oddly detailed codex, did we?

Sorry. Missed the N out.
In the original series, the final episode was all in Shinji's mind, fighting the decision of whether he followed his urge to run away, or stay and fight. Some people back in the 90's claimed that he was influenced by the Angels. Not everything was fully explained (there was no final battle).
In the RW, after the out cry for a new ending, the director made Death and Rebirth, which was THE final battle. Not exactly what everyone wanted (it was a huge head fudge, and he killed off pretty much the entire cast, though it was spectacular!)
Never has this vid made more sense.

It doesn't matter if the reaper tech is destroyed. Plus Dr. Tsoni made all those video archives on how to build the technology, and seeded it to numerous locations.

Exactly. Plus the Engineers Daniels and Donnelly and Tali, of course. Outside of the Normandy, there must be other talented engineers like some of people that helped build the Crucible.

The part where a
squadmate that I chose to accompany on the run to the beam to the
Citadel magically appeared on the Normandy running away (as evidenced by
him stepping out of the Normandy after it crashed).
How did Joker get in, pick up my squad-mate (after I was knocked out by Harbinger), and get out of there all before they called for everyone to pull back AND somehow
manage to not be blown out of the sky by Harbinger (who was still on
the ground behind the beam up until the point where Shepard starts getting back up)?
Furthermore,
no one said anything about abandoning the mission if I recall correctly
(although correct me if I'm wrong), just to pull back and regroup,
because later, Hackett tells everyone "this is it" (implying that everyone is still on or around Earth) when Shepard opens up
the Citadel arms.
