Yeah, I had noticed this. In fact, this is as close as it gets to the evidence that choosing "synthesis" ending is bad.

One thing that nobody seems to have mentioned which I think is a major point to support the indoctrination theory is this:

The Stargazer/child scene plays after every ending. They say the same things no matter which option you choose.

Now although we laugh about how the endings were very much the same, the outcomes would lead to a very different universe.

Take for example if you chose Synthesis- all organic and snythetic DNA is merged causing a massive change in the future compared to the 'destroy' option for example.

The stagazer mentions that it all happned a long time ago, well if it did, gigantic changes to the universe like the endings would make it MASSIVELY unlikely that this scene would be the same after every ending.

In one ending, that boy might not ever be born- in another he is half synthetic!

This to me proves that they weren't the real endings. The stargazer scene IS real- it just happens after an ending we haven't seen yet (e.g. shepard wakes up and saves the universe).

When you shoot TIM and he's on the ground, saying how beautiful Earth is... his eyes are normal. No orbs, no special lines. They're a sold, bright blue color.

Exactly.  Exactly!  That's the point of all this.  They're going above and beyond the call of duty to give us a more in-depth experience than a video game could while thinking inside the box.  Only by making us think that really was the end could we really be fooled by the Reapers' mind games.  If the ending was included, we'd have just went "oh, that wasn't real?  damnit, now I have to go back to a save 5 minutes earlier and pick the right option to continue."  This way... this way it has weight and meaning.  It is a risk though, and I certainly hope it pays off for them.  And I hope for every complainer that whines about having to download a big patch, there's another customer that appreciates the epic mind**** we've been given at significant financial risk.

Seriously thou, on topic, no, the ending is what you saw, literally what you saw, stop trying to come up with crazy theories worse than what you already got >_>

I guess a lot of peoples imagination was capable of somehow piece together something that left them WITHOUT any sort of ending and still somehow satisfied, weird, but you cant argue with imagination can you.

See, this is one way you can tell how solid the theory is.  We're rarely getting disbelievers who make any attempt at rational debate of evidence.  Almost all we get is this "lol no it's not, cuz I'm right cuz I said so" trite.

If they revealed that you're indoctrinated the people who haven't played won't get to experience the mind-****. They'll go into that final part knowing it for what it is and the scene wouldn't have the desired effect (if we're correct).

Also: This.  As much as we're itching to see the rest of it, if they do the big reveal now it won't affect as many fans.

Btw, I dunno if anyone has mentioned this before, but what if the theory is correct( and I totally believe it is), and Bioware just wants us to conclude the series ourselves? That would be the ultimate choice . Dumb, I know. But still...
