Perhaps in the 2 where you get indoctrinated Shepard -remains- indoctrinated and "helps" to destroy the Reapers but in the last moment he betrays everyone but HOW depends on the "ending" you chose. If you chose Synthesis then he uses some deus ex machina to become a Reaper of equal or higher power than Harbinger AND conscious and aware instead indoctrinated. As if the indoctrination was an introduction for him to become The Ultimate Renegade. And then we get a majestic, 5 minute long CGI movie in which we see ShepReaper destroying life in the galaxy. If Shep chose control then we see Shepard sitting within Harbinger, like Saren did inside Sovereign, he looks like a mix between TIM husk + SovereignSaren + Grayson, becoming Harbingers "CPU" and right hand and we see how Reapers annihilate all life in a CGI movie but in this ending its somewhat more brutal than if Shepard himself lead the Reaping. The Shep within Harbinger idea was already mentioned, dont remember by who but all credit to that person.
I'm not writing anything about the Destroy ending yet because I havent finished writing my Destroy option fan fic
.Altho would be cool if we'd get a space battle against Harbinger and we'd pilot the Normandy through Joker/EDI, HAWX style.
