I'm not about to read through 765 pages-lol, but just to throw some more fuel onto the fire. It would make sense from a development standpoint that the more war assets you had-the more desperate Harbinger becomes and the more options he needs to through out there to lead you to the dark side so to speak.

Not to mention Hunden's "we nailed it" comment-lol.

Why is Shepard NOT indoctrinated?
Is he immune to being indoctrinated? If so how and why?

It doesn't really matter, as the end continues to leave us without pure answers. 3/3 choices, shepard die in "the dream". 1 choice (with enough war assets) and he wakes up in the real world. Still no answers, no closure on this epic trilogy. If it was a dream, are the reapers defeated? are they still alive? It's just even more confusing and upsetting on WHY they chose this as the ending to the entire trilogy.

that's why we're saying this get's answered in DLC, technically it's still part of ME3 so technically and officially they'll have broken no promises by having Shepard wake up after the indoctrination attempt and continue (if that was intended)
Morally questionnable - definitely, but technically won't have broken any promise of an actual ending nor the various diverse endings if it includes showing you how all your choices affected the outcome, maybe in cutscene aftermatch and cutscene epilogue showing text or having dialogue. On the previous page (i think) maybe the page before I gave my idea of how they can make it work no matter what choices you made in the pick a colour bit.

Oh, and one more thing. Why the frak would the citadel still have people running around in their space cars going about their merry business AFTER the reapers came in and slaughtered the whole damn population?

awesome, its also really clever so im not pissed at bioware but i do support sum people who wants better endings, maybe like after the original ending, shephard wakes up from the hallucination and finds out the indoctrination theory and tells sumone so players can see the whole picture.

Most likely they just closed the Citadel and transported it. There's no telling as to what is actually happening inside.

That said I didn't notice the cars.

Not once during the entire game or series is it hinted at that Shepard is indoctrinated.

Here are two things off the top of my head:
1) Shep has dreams full of whispering and ghostly shapes, i.e. symptoms of indoctrination described in the codex.
2) Shep's been inside a Reaper, has fought several, and was zapped by Object Rho.

Bad dreams after witnessing a bunch of horrors and failing to save a child. Yeah, that totally means Shepard's being mind controlled. It's not like BioWare came out and said they want to make Shepard seem more human and emotional and this is one of the ways they're doing it.

My companions have also been inside and fought Reapers. Are they indoctrinated too? At this point most of the universe has fought Reapers. Are they also being controlled?

Convieniant that you didn't quote all the other evidence. Maybe you just forgot, so let me give it to you again ^^.
3) Shepard hears reaper growls and whispers while seeing black whispy tendrils in the TIM confromtation
4) Shepard's eyes turn to that of say TIM himself when choosing any other ending than Destroy.

 Sorry if this has already been mentioned before, but I always found it odd that Shepard never told or talked to anyone about the child on earth. You would think Shep would at least talk about it to their LI. I think Garrus would have appreciated me telling him what my bad dreams were about. But what is stranger is that your Shep never tells the VS who should have seen it all go down. Maybe I am just over-analyzing things, but it stuck with me and I thought I would add it to the pot.

You can see it pretty easily in any of the ending videos out there.

I'd like to think that they're still trying to fight and take over the Citadel. Otherwise, the game is even more bleak. Conrad finally found love? Too bad he's dead. The two parents who are worried about their daughter? All dead. Captain Bailey? Dead.

Of course, if the ending stands, the Citadel blows up, so none of it matters anyways.

So I know this video was already posted regarding the steel bar/cable that is in the "Shepard Alive" sequence. The author of the video claims it is not a steel but rather a cable from the Citadel. While playing the mission where you come in contact with the Rachni again, I noticed that the cable/steel by Shepard is EXACTLY like the reaper tech cable that is all over the ground. Seeing as the citadel was built by the reapers this made me rather curious on whether Shepard is on earth that last sequence. The Citadel blowing up aside, I've seen the video over and over and I can never spot any buildings in the back ground.
