I already expected some kind of PR damage control at this time. Look, they're dealing with refunds, FTC complaints, and fans' rage. So I don't think this is bad. If the IT is true, we'll know on April. If not, I want to know what they have to say. We'll have to wait for that.

Delusions post is delusional.  In the very first paragraph he states the endings are the endings they intended and he defends the endings throughout.  Case closed.  They are not going to retcon the endings.  The most we'll get is a motion comic that attempts to clarify the endings, or, if we're lucky , some epilogues.

I love the detractors who say that just because BioWare "denies" that this theory exist, that's it, it's dead.

Like they're going to just tell you? Yeah right.

Plus, ever since this theory started gaining steam, BioWare has been a lot more silent on the issue with tweets and such. It really makes me wonder.

They don't have to retcon the endings. The endings can be explained and Shepard's story can continue with this theory. As I stated before, there's nothing against the indoctrination theory, and even if we can't prove it's a fact that it's true, we still believe it is. So, if you don't know what Bioware is planning, wait until April and then we'll talk about it. ;)

Edit: Even if we're wrong and you tell me "I told you". ;)


Edit2: Also, of course these are the endings they intended, because they're the endings of the actual game, not of Shepard's story (as I see it now). And the PR talk is really needed due the things that are happening, so if you have "evidence" proving that the theory is completely wrong, tell me about them. As for now, everything is just speculation and what we think. So, again, we'll have to wait until April 6th to know the truth.

Guys this might sound silly. But has anyone even looked behind them when they are give the 3 choices??? It might sound retarded but there could be another platform behind, or some stairs, or hell you could just jump off the platform and back to reality! From the videos I have seen nobody has looked behind them and walked away from the 3 choices. Just a thought. If anyone has a save near the end I suggest you try and report back!

It's been done several times, there's nothing to do or see. People have even tried waiting for ages and ages after the kid conversation ends, and according to some reports nothing happens; according to others you get a "mission failure" screen saying the reapers destroyed the Crucible (which is weird in itself, given that at no point is there any indication that the reapers are even attacking it).

I think I'm sort of at the point where I don't care what Bioware decides to do with the endings. Indoctrination theory is totally my headcanon, and I really don't think they're going to be able to change that.

Yeah, I think the thing some people don't get is that if indoc theory is true, we don't want them to change what's already there, we just want something after what we see.

Yeah, pretty much.  If they want us to use our imagination on what really happened, I'm going with this.  Because it's the only ending explanation I've heard that makes sense of it.

Also, that means that it may be not a new ending, but a continuation of the actual (indoctrination/hallucination ending) one. :D
