im wondering if the end of the game, post IT, is on the disk. did anybody download both discs to their harddrive? it takes up a huge amount of space...for a 30ish hour game. the entirety of skyrim is on one disc and its well over 100 hours of gaming and takes less gigabytes. maybe it's just locked until they do a patch to unlock it or something

I thought that as well, then they could get away with hiding content until a certain date, wouldn't need internet access either which is another possible complaint

Imagine it at Pax they announce that it's time to take back the Earth and every copy suddenly unlocks one last priority mission

This would be awesome. lengen, wait for it, dary.

But wouldnt someone have hacked into the disc content by now and uncovered that?

Hey guys (just got registered)

I know it's bit late, but i remember someone few hundred pages ago (man, this thread moves so quickly...) requested sound processing of the Catalyst dialog files in order to verify additional vocal tracks mixed into original. I managed to remove the child's voice leaving just the male and female voice in the track. Here it is:

http://cl.ly/2z3H0f0s1S1t1S2P3S26

Hope that clears male Shepard / female Shepard voice presence situation. For me, it's definitely Mark Meer reading those lines. Not sure about Jennifer though, I haven't really played female shepard in any ME.

Hope that helps!

Hey, nice work. That's really interesting. I could not hear any of that in the game, thanks for sharing that.

Out of interest, how did you manage this? What software did you use?

omg that would be so amazing

imagine all of those people who think the ending is good as is and that they "understand where they were going with it" they would be like 'uuuhhhh, wut?'

My guess: I think higher EMS or an alt of lowering of reaper strength, requiring DLC to get will add "trees to space"... not having a helmet in space wasn't enough of a clue.. Dream trees in space should do it.

pssst.. Isn't that in the game files?

a part of me still wonders if that could be true or that even on 6th april a massive patch proving us with an extra 10-15 hours (ME3 is so short in comparison to the other two, my ME1 and ME2 were 50 odd hours each)

Bioware speaks, clarification will come in April (pax I'm guessing)

I don't care what anybody says games are not art and will never be art, they are a product built to make a business money so that business has the responsibility to please its customers.

- We don't hold lines in Las Vegas we do lines -

Indoception - the belief it was an Indoctrination in a Hallucination caused by the Indoctrination in the Dreams.

This may be true now...but it wasn't always like that. I can't see Majora's Mask, my all time favorite game, to be anything other than art. back in those days, the majority of the time they actually cared about the quality of the product as if it was art.

I don't know if anyone noticed that Sarens eyes are a glowing blue same with the Illusive Man and watching the end videos with my Shepard (who has green eye's) two out of three videos my Shepards eyes turn to a glowing blue it is there but a little hard to notice.

2 Hours would make me happy, 15 hours sounds highly unlikely but would make it  the best game ever.

Noticed and came to a conclusion that at synthesis and control Shepard gives up and gets under Harbinger influence. It is enough to remember HIS yellow "eyes" at run to a beam. Probably then it also turned on the suggestion mechanism.

Been lurking a few days now. LOVE this thread by the way! Was just reading another pretty decent threory too about the ending being Shep in Reaper VR. Have any of you seen that? Makes some very good points. http://social.biowar...6192/1#10416029

what if it's a combination of the two indoctrination which opens the pathway (maybe thanks to your synthetics) to a 'backdoor' - the beam, into the for want of a better word 'Reaper Consensus' lol that's as far as I've got with that one though

It is a little about a landing of Normandy. How the Joker planted it in the jungle if it even has no stabilizers? Those wings that Normandy has is so, a decorative ornament. For scheduling wings of its characteristic everyone about at least a half are necessary to such eggplant are long and even with wings this ship in air without the mass engine on aero dynamism can compete only to a brick... And in the video IT lies to itself in bushes as if and should be.

Well if the VR idea is correct, then actions Shep takes in there actually would happen cause he's haccking the code, like opening the arms so the crucible can dock. that was the whole point of running to the conduit right? to get the arms open to dock the crucible? how do you open the arms if ur asleep??? lol

I have no idea why I thought I could argue a counterpoint right smack in the middle of the IT camp. It has truly reached religious levels of support and denial.

Sorry to have bothered you all. Hold the line and such.

Not sure if you are still reading in this thread, but I thought I saw someone make a good point about what would happen if you chose 'wrong". Somethign about at the very end you can have a chance to fix yourself ALA Saren by sacrificing yourself.

I do agree with you that I sitll feel that invalidating the choices made currently and those who like how their endings played out now is kind of on the same level as what BW did to the people who can't stand the endings now.

Just want new endings whether it's through IT, or just through logical sense.

In regards to the people saying that the IT screws over people who didn't pick destroy, not necessarily. We don't know anything about how it will be handled yet obviously.

Not to mention, the Restart Mission save puts you back before you reach the beam, and if you want, you can do the entire Cerberus HQ mission to Earth all over again too, so it's not like you can't change it.
