Mass Effect 3 Ending was a Hallucination , Shepard Got Hit By the reaper beam he got knock out . Beyond that point
It was a Hallucination Shepard Never get to the Citadel ! Why they show Shepard on the ground in the ruins (Its Not the citadel ruins ) with his dog tags out and he takes a deep breath
Plus How did Anderson ge to the Citadel ?
1. . After hearing Anderson whisper her name, Shepard asks, “Anderson, you up here too?”
Not a moment earlier, Shepard heard over the radio that nobody made
it to the beam, the entire force was decimated, and that the rest were
in full retreat. Why would she assume that Anderson is also on the
Citadel when everything she has just heard and experienced indicates
that he is most definitely not? Then, he says;
3. ”I followed you up.”
So Anderson was allegedly behind Shepard. Shepard was hit by a laser
blast and knocked out for an indeterminate amount of time and Anderson
never caught up to or passed ahead of Shepard. Nor did anyone notice
Anderson running behind Shepard. (“Negative. Our entire force was
decimated.” “All forces, retreat!”)

(Not sure if this was mentioned, apologies if it was).
The first appearance of the child is in the first few seconds of the game when Shepard is staring out the window watching the child playing with the ship on a grassy area not far from the building ledge where you later see the kid running across and into the door.
Not that it matters, it doesn't really, just a side note.
At 1:37, just before Vega comes in, here:
It does matter. I've posted it before and doubtless others have before me: We see the child at 1.26 in that video. We see a ship, the sounds make us think it's real. But the camera pans out and we see the child is controlling a toy ship. Camera pans out again, to another ship.
By the way, anyone else spot the god child in the Citadel photo 9/11 style memorial in the docks holding area? It's him, caption"LAST SEEN ON EARTH".

IDK exactally but Tali's recrutement mission in ME 2 delt with it.
It's related to element zero. which seems like a giant plot hole. The reapers are reaping to stop the effects of dark energy? But they're using it to power their artifact and the alpha relay???? ummm... okay.

I can't find the info I'm looking for, but this will have to suffice.
Originally, BW's plan was that the Reapers kill all organics to 'set back' the Dark Energy that slowly builds up. It got leaked, so they made up something else about synthetics killing organics.

re. The there's essentially another game hidden on the consoles (based on memory vs pc) and it's not because of MP. PC comes in massive mmo style patch because PC gamers would have hacked the real endings and it wouldn't be as good of a 'reveal you are indoctrinated Shepard (player)' at Pax (where they supposedly already had an ME3 panel ready)
Like I say take it as you will I'm just saying for those wondering there's an answer to that question (I myself felt 2 disks was a lot considering it's shorter than ME2 by a way for me anyway and shorter than ME1)
Re. The religion stuff there was an article about a similar argument on science fiction and ME series being a rip off of everything that has been before (everything's a rip off of something these days look up stuff donald duck invented on cracked.com)
what makes it so captivating is that it embodies all previous sci-fi ideas and makes them real, engaging and original humanising aliens like referenced in ME1 about their feelings etc without making them just the enemy because they're not human and butt ugly- the perfect tribute.
Same is true for religion, it embodies and is a tribute to spirituality (hence idea of King Reaper that's actually an Organic from original race or reapers are original organics or synthetics from original cycle is not lunacy)
It is a 'tribute' to humanity in every way because everything we question about the world we live in (in science, philosophy why do we exist etc, religion) is basically in the game.

Deliberate leak of script and ending (well this one) to make you think hang on a minute the ending is the same (but changed the dark energy bit to the ludicrous idea) to question the logic (or at least it might be why they do it but it's still mad enough for you to go why) and that you go no you can't control us we decide our own fate 'boom' destroy (works with endings as they are too) indoctrination attempt FAILS massive growl Shepard wakes upn00bsauce2010 wrote...

So what was leaked (and current endings but changed motivation of reapers to make it more obvious) was to make you say mmm yeah synthetics harvesting organics to save us from synthetics (or even harvesting organics to save synthetics depending on how you look at it they're wanting to create perfect synthetic life like them maybe) is stupid I won't agree with you - boom indoctrination failed let's go kill some reapers with my squad mate (with full abilities) Anderson...

It always goes back to - How painfully obvious could bioware have made the halluciantions/indoctrination? No they are not gonna spoil the ace nor are the gonna patch a big damn sign next to the conduit that says "You're indoctrinated YA BIG DUMMY!"
If people want to ignore the indoc theory its because they didn't pick up on it. We know bioware has done unexpected plot twists before. And all the twitter posts hint at it. how stupid can people be?
Pretty stupid.. because theres still a group of people who believe the earth is flat. When indeed we have IN YOUR FACE EVIDENCE that proves it is indeed round. WTF do we have to fly you up into space so you can see it YA BIG DUMMY?

I'm not for or against IT, but I have to ask something that has bugged me about it. A lot of you mention how you hear that no one made it to the beam when you wake up. However you are still lying on the ground motionless. Isn't it possible that they thought everyone on the ground was dead and then you went into the beam afterwards.
But I guess this doesn't explain Anderson making it, i don't know, I'm just thinking out loud lol
Anderson specifically says he followed you up but ended up in a different place. Magically it is ahead of you and he pushes forward despite you asking him not to. None of this makes sense unless it is set up for the indoctrination hallucination.

There is just something that has been bugging me, in the docks on the citadel where the refugee camp is, jus as you get off the elevator if you look to the sides you can clearly see some inaccesible doors, complete with the green signs that show they can be opened, and even when I got as close as I could, the little red half-circle that indicates interaction is possible appears, but there's no way to get to them without jumping some counters.
I wonder if someone else noticed that, it might be that when you finally get to go to the real citadel, you can access them by taking cover/jumping the counters?
