You know it's sad to see so many of Mass Effect fans backlash at Bioware about the ending. People ask that we demand a better ending because we got screwed over the ending of ME3. Has your already know the IT theory is real to us and, Bioware, but the demanding fans are saying " then why do the Reapers just not kill Shepard while he /she is knocked out.

Well if they think for a moment, if they killed Shepard the rest of the Allies/crew mates/present, and former squad mates , would fight even harder to attempt to avenge Shepard's death. You also have to think if the Reapers control the galaxy's greatest hero, then all the hope Shepard's allies had would be gone, and one by one they will be torn apart about Shepard's slowly raped body decay until Shepard is just a husk, or synthetic if you chose Synthesis.

As for why they dont just kill Shepard, I'll let another Jennifer Hale character explain why the Reapers want this one alive:

Haven't even finished the game and Im already a believer of the IT because of the stuff I'm noticing in my play through. The added bonus of a headset means I just get much more points. For me however when the shadows started showing up in Shepards nightmares was the biggest hint however and after that everything else snapped into place and explained some of the things I questioned.

Then I was having this expression for a good two minutes.

I don't even get how there is over 950 pages of debate on the topic, the evidence that it is in shepard's mind is spelled out for you in the game. The main to things would be the trees and shrubs that appear when you wake up after being hit by harbinger's beam. And the second being the addition of the deep breath scene at the very end.

I do not even get how people can argue against the indoctrination theory.

Do you think that Hackett would of told the Normandy to stay and fight, or will be destroyed for insubordination. Not to include that the Normandy was going to screw everyone that was fighting on Earth. If Wrex survived and found out that the Normandy left Shepard, and everyone for dead.Then Wrex would eventually find out were the Normandy crashed landed on, with the help form (Space Magic).

Then Joker would say" Wrex your alive. What happend to Shepard is he okay, and has the battle for earth been won."

Wrex: "you son of a b**** killed Shepard."
Joker: "What are you talking about Wrex?"
Wrex: Shepard was about to finish the Reapers off for good, until you pyjak of a friend took everyone that was following Shepard, and left the battle with the Normandy's tail lights spelling "SEE YOU THE F*** LATER SHEPARD!"

Expanding on this crazy theory of mine, remember what the jedi council said about the exile at the end of KotOR 2?

"Have you noticed that when you act, others follow? Those that travel with you, they follow you, without question. Without hesitation. Against their instincts, and sometimes against their sense."

The Exile was totally indoctrinating people.

Clearly he then rebuilt the destroyed Harbinger, uploaded his conciousness into the onboard computer, and spent the next few thousand years watching HK-47 run amok, and then saw the droids used in the Clone Wars.

Deciding that the galaxy he was in was unable to be saved, he ventured to a galaxy far far away, and found the Milky Way Galaxy. He sent welcome signals to all spacefaring life, asking them to board his ship, and while aboard, they were indoctrinated. He used them to start the first cycle, and millions of years later, here we are.

Shepard and Anderson have a lot of similarities.

People always mention how when Anderson gets shot, he's hit in the wrong side. No, he's not. Anderson is shot in his right side, which from where Shepard is standing is actually his left side. Shepard is seen holding his LEFT SIDE.

If Shepard was standing behind or beside Anderson, you'd see that.

Not to mention you can hear Shepard grunt when Anderson is shot too.

Playing around in the codex.
Noticed that there are Mass Relays that are dormant.
But Shepard has no knowledge of these as they aren't used and are powered down.
The only relays that are "destroyed" are the ones used in the games, which are the only o es Snepard has knowledge of.

I like the indoctrination theory. I missed quite a few of the clues during my playthrough, I chose the synthesise option. I'm not sure if I want to go back and replay the ending though. That kid only listed the options once and I'm not sure I even heard all of it, but at the time synthesise made sense to me. Also, I like the idea that my Shep was too indoctrinated to see that she was indoctrinated and made the wrong decision. If the indoctrination theory is correct, then congratulations to BioWare on indoctrinating me.

We do know from twitter posts. Unless they're lieing. That bioware was already working on DLC pre-release for the game.

Yup. Also when TIM makes Shep shoot Anderson, Shepard is the one that ends up getting the bullet wound.

Alright, so as you can see, Anderson is grabbing what LOOKS like his right side, but is actually his left. The same left side Shepard can be seen favouring and bleeding later on.
