The reaper is garbled.
I turned to to the low range sound option after I first heard it, maxed my TV's sound, and it's still not clear.
Wish I had surround sound.
my video is **** as i took it with my phone.

I'll upload it in a bit unless some gem with a great way to capture video can get to it first.

Another thing about the kid...he comes from the side...on a 7 story building he climbs up without a ladder?

Yeah. Shepard isn't looking in a mirror. He shoots Anderson in Anderson's left side, and gets a wound in his left side. How do people get this wrong? It almost seems that the ID theory's loudest detractors not only could not put two and two together without help, but would actively argue that it was not possible to add two and two in the first place.

Seriously, go back and watch his movements from when you wake up on the citadel. When he first stands up, his hand is against his body in the area where this "mysterious wound" is placed. And the entire walk all he way up to Anderson and TIM, he is haunched over in a way that he is feeling pain from the injury. And after Anderson gets shot, it's not like Sheps blood is EVERYWHERE, as would be the result of a fresh injury. His hand is simply bloody after it takes it away from the wound. With all your over analytics, you would think that you would have noticed something like that.

One of the most interesting things I've noticed is that I don't think any of the mods have made any comments in one way or the other in this entire thread.  They've just basically left it alone and I don't think I've ever seen that for a thread this long before on BSN

I know, I thought about that too when I first saw it! ..... I was like... yeah, I'm glad he just ran up the side of the building there! But I just dismissed it as ... oh they probably thought you would be looking toward Anderson and following him instead of watching the scenery. So that I wasn't supposed to see him just spawn...

and about the hand gun issue.

where does shepard always get the weapons, which i dont have equiped? im only running around with a sniper rifle, yet she pulls out hand guns and assault rifles on a regular basis. obviously the whole game must have been a dream. even more weird. when i die, i start back where i last pressed the quick save button. that doesnt work in real life. something is going on...

Did you all notice that When Shepard looked out the window the kid was on a roof top of a building, And when Shepard, and Anderson are killing husk you see the kid just appear right there. So if Bioware want's too talk about Mass effect 3 on April 6 then please tell us "How did the kid get from the other side of the building to where Shepard just magically happened to be, and saw the kid enter the building with no transportation around the kid."

As are you people who will stand by a FAN THEORY to the goddamn death. Look, i'm not saying it's absolute BS, some realy interesting observations have come out of it, but it is just as likely that the terrible ending is the result of bad writing. And I think it speaks volumes for how bad it realy is that people would rather say it was all a god damn dream than believe for even two seconds that it might be possible BioWare actually messed up.

Also, ......are you sure? huh. Well he damn sure grabs himself in pain in the area he was shot while he's standing up.

indoctrination theory explains it.

But.. I didn't actually see the kid just appear in the next area. He is just standing next to the railing looking over when you get to that part with the husks climbing up the side. A bit of a coincidence that he's looking right at a reaper and then walks through a "closed" door.. only to have that reaper blow the building to hell.. and then he survives? uhm k.

You do know that the ones who don't care are just people, who just play Mass Effect  3 for it's Mulltiplayer/the combat systems. Also since Bioware said Mass Effect was going to be a Trilogy, then they will proboly kill Shepard off anyway, and create a little sence about why the Normandy left, and the new story is going to take place on the planet the Normandy crashes on, and the new adventure begins.

Honestly I hope they ment that the Tiolgy for Mass Effect was just for ME1, ME2 and now ME3.

no offense. I doubt anyone cares what potentially happens after Me3 is finished. The only thing I could see myself buying is a Me1 prequel (with shepard) i just like the character too much. Or a prequel with the first contact war.. that'd be cool.

Just to fix something you said...


Its not the mass effect that is considered as "Trilogy', but rather, its the "Trilogy" of shepard, meaning theres continuation for mass effect series.

-edit- To explain my position I am going to say, that until Bioware's announcment I would advise holding off the claims of "bad writing". The entire game has amazing writing, and is filled with such emotions never seen in a game before. So to say "bad writing" on the obscure final 10 minutes is an insult to Bioware's writing team.
