Newcomer here, and I have a question which I'll wager has already been raised (so if it has feel free to quote it at me).

What in-game evidence would be required to convince you that the theory is incorrect?

I did NOT know that. Thanks! I know she had "wink" in some messages and what not, but that could be anything.

Still doesn't explain the lack of hints, but I'm trying to be patient.

She linked at least twice to this thread, once before and once after the ending 'net rage.

After beating KotOR the first time, I always named my characters Darth Revan, so I could have moments like this one

Aha someone else did that as well, though I only used Raven.
I did a similar thing when the random, inverted commas, name generator in Neverwinter Nights 2 threw up the name "Ashard". (If you haven't played the game the main character has a shard of a legendary sword embedded in his chest.)

The synthetics that were suppose to keep the liver going were destroyed when Harbringer hit you with the laser Which was actually shepard being hit by a the Mako he had forsaken years back. That last 5 minutes is actually the last stages of Cirrhosis and shepard is just accepting the final stages of it. Symptoms of the final stage include but are not limited to. Bleeding, weakness, confusion and inability to think correctly, and a change in eye color. It all makes sense!

Also Anderson died of it too...just earlier because he was older. 

As for waking up next to aria...well we did warn Shepard to watch out for those Asari Mamosas. Remember just because they're called Mamosas doesn't make them EARTH Mamosas.

IGN spoilercast went deep into mass effect 3's plot and ending. They said the only explanation for the endings was "indoctrination theory" everything else just didn't make sense. if anyone is interested -

Since you mention it, Liara is the only character who is actually nude at any point in ME3. Ash is wearing a bra and panties in her romance scene, and, aside from that being dumb, it's the same scene (animations and camera angles) as Liara's, so you wouldn't have seen anything anyway...

The citadel. Maybe the Crucible is the trigger of the gun, and the gun is the Citadel. It has the power to control the Mass Relays, so it can destroy the entire network... And that give the actual ending some sense... And I don't like that...

I have actually been considering that part, if the Citadel is the Catalyst then lets look at what the Citadel is. It is the hub of the relay network and a mass relay in itself leading to Dark Space.

Imagine now if the crucible basicly amplifies the natural power of the Citadel and grants whoever controls the Crucible, control of where it fires what it affects of to. Essentially the Citadel could become a massive "cannon" of sorts shooting the Reapers back to darkspace (and possibly far beyond that) in a Mass Relay effect.

It is just a thought i had as that would be defeating the Reapers but without using conventional force.

That is the current ending, you know...
