And then Shep, Garrus, and Wrex do a 3-way brofist, the shockwave of which wipes out Harbinger.

You sure that wouldn't happen to us too?

Nah, it'd be so full of awesome the effect on humans would be all men instantly grow full beards and all women's cup sizes double.

Obviously we missed something big and bioware reallly made Friendship the Catalyst, which in this case, the reapers are screwed.

Nice writing. I'd be happy if this was similar to how things pan out in reality.

Hell, if Bioware wanted me to write it for them, I would. I doubt they'd hire me though, seeing as when I submitted the idea of Indoctrination Theory to Priestly, all I got back was "Thank you for your feedback." How delightfully vague. Bioware wouldn't be biting their tongues this hard if there wasn't something up their sleeves.

Also, anyone notice how the funny trolls seem to lose heart after a few pages and leave? I mean, I get some really good zingers worked up for em, and then they never see them. I am sad now.

I'm still here trollin like a Krogan, seriously I don't believe IT was in Biowares plans I think they just thought "space magic" (jazz hands) would cut it and we are grasping at anything we can to find something better then what we were given. That being said I believe Bioware and the rEApers would be retarded not to add IT to the ending or just flat out change the ending, though IT would be easier done with what gamers have been able to collect. I seem to be talking in circles unable to find a way to end this post so I'm gonna Bioware it :alien::wizard:

Im glad some one got It.

In all seriousness, I am fine with the ending as is,( not satisfied of course) but as cliche as this freaking sounds, it's the journey that matters to me, ME1 to the last ten minutes of ME3 has been some of the best story and gameplay I've experienced since becoming a gamer ten years ago, it's left the best impression anyways. I still applaud Bioware for making one of the best Sci-fi games out there.

People need to stop saying the journey is what matters. The journey is important, sure, but the endings matter a hell of a lot too.

The current endings render the entire journey meaningless to a lot of people, myself included.

Anyone notice the wobble/bubble effects on the screen when conversing with the dying reaper on Rannoch? I thought it was just the game my first play through, but I happened again on my second PT. This may be the reaper talking but this never happened before in the previous games.

I am still thinking about one thing - if TIM is indoctrinated by Reapers even during ME2, why the hell is he recruiting Shepard and fighting against them? Is he not indoctrinated full by that time? Or did reapers wanted to get rid of the collectors? I don't know I think there is something we are missing..

The answer could be the same as to why Reapers (Harbinger) want Shepard but that we don't know for sure. Can he do something for them that noone other can?

I figured it was just that its voice was so loud it was causing the area to vibrate.

Though if that were the case you'd think Shep would have reacted in some way to it, instead of just holding a regular conversation with it

Indoctrination doesn't necessarily mean control by hte reapers. It's just a reaper influence. So TIM still has some kind of free will in ME2. He believes propelling humanity forward using reaper tech is the only option. But that fallacy was planted in his head by the reapers.

One thing that bothers me.. if the whole Citadel sequence is a hallucination, why didn't Shepard conjure up images of Saren at that point? The dialogue with TIM is certainly similar but many of have pointed out that the Synthesis option was what Saren represented. I would have loved to hear what HE had to say at that point, though maybe it would have been an obvious red flag to bring in a character that we know is dead.
