My fave? Plugging Udina. He was actually starting to become grudgingly respectable in ME3... then he ends up a Cerbiehead.
As a Paragon, I totally did the renegade option for this.
I wanted to do that since ME1.

I wanted to do the Udina one but I'd seen a Youtube video and Kaidan judges you for it so I decided that I'd rather let him kill him and not have to deal with blame for something that seemed necessary at the time (even if ultiamtely it wasn't since it was C-Sec on the other side of those doors). However, the Udina one was the first time I used an interrupt out of desperation, not considering what would happen. Pure instinct. I think that one was particularly well done.
Why?Executing Legion.
After how hard they tried to portray the geth as good and the quarians as bad, executing Legion was a satisfying act of defiance.Sarah1281 wrote...

What was this?- The headbut to the periodist.
Well, since he dies from a gunshot anyway I don't see how the actual method of death is any different. As far as revenge goes, forcing him to confront the fact that he failed and screwed humanity over - pushing him to the point of immediate suicide - is much worse for him. And I did it as a Paragon, too.Punching the quarian admiral tops the list, closely followed by shooting the Illusive Man during his little hissy fit. Letting that bastard commit suicide is too good for the likes of him.

My favorite renegade option by far was punching the Quarian admiral in his stomach... When he pulled that stunt on me I was fuming with rage and I was so happy that they gave me an option to vent that anger
But yes, finishing Kai Leng was a close second ^^

Punching the Quarian admiral, capping Udina, using stab time on Kai Ling, and telling the Sallrian (sp?) to f*** off about the genophage cure all put a nice big smile on my face. I really don't have a favorite out of those four.
