Please help a poor man in despair. I tried downloading the from ashes dlc from the playstation store which came with my collectors edition. First I actually got it to download succesfully but unfortuantely then my internet connection went off and i had to cancel the download. I tried to download it again but it wouldn't let me. This is what I did. First, I entered the code and it let me redeem it but when I tried to download it, it just says "please wait" and it just stays like that. This is really frustrating because From Ashes was one of the reasons I bought the collectors edition. If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it.

On the PS3 XMB go into Account Management --> Transaction Management --> Download List and look for the From Ashes DLC there. You can redownload it from here too. If it doesn't show up on this list, something went wrong when you redeemed the code and it didn't get associated with your PSN ID and you'd have to contact Sony about it. Otherwise you should be able to redownload it from that list without any issues.

Thanks for the reply, but the problem is not redeeming the code. It lets me redeem it just fine. When I press download it just says "please wait" and stays like that.

i understand it's already redeemed. I am instructing you on how to redownload from a different screen than the PS store (which helps me). Otherwise check "game data" and delete the patches/dlc and try redownloading it through the "download list"
