 I entered my code in and after I got the succesful registration page I went to see it in my registered game content and it's missing.  I've already asked the EA site for help and they instructed me to clear my system cache and delete my saves, which I did and still nothing.  This was after they told me that my code was registered to my email adress.  I'm afraid to enter in any of my other codes until I know they wont dissappear after a succesful activation.

I'm having the same issue. When I first redeemed the code I had the "Unrecognized Product" issue. Then it turned into registered content ("Art of Mass Effect") on the registered game content screen, but no item. Now that the game has been released, that registered content disappeared with no other item replacing it.

From what I've seen in other threads, it's a multiplayer only item...but don't hold me to that...

This is entirely true; while the item won't show up on your registered content, it WILL be available in MP.
