So alot of my friends who haven't bought ME3 yet  are asking me about the game and my feelings on it. I loved the ME series, going into the final mission with over 7000 military strength and 100% galactic readiness I was ready to tear the reapers to pieces. 2 hours later I am telling all my friends this is a terrible game and it will leave the franchise ruined for them. Should have ended it on a good note with ME2. Here is how I have been explaining the ending to them without spoilers so those of you who are having a hard time explaining why such an awesome game can be ruined with such a horrible ending.

Imagine Star Wars Return of the Jedi. Rebels are finally making their final push, the Millenium Falcon is about to destroy the Death Star, we see Luke getting his father Darth Vadar to a shuttle to escape the Death Star, the Rebel Fleet and ground forces along with all the characters you have come to love in the franchise are in the fight of their life, the Empire and all its ships stand ready to claim victory, the fate of the galaxy is still unkown. Finally the Millenium Falcon fires at the core and we see Death Star explode! Credits. Yeah credits why not? But what happened to the Millenium Falcon? Shrug. Luke? Shrug. Darth Vadar? Shrug. The Rebels? Shrug. Empire? Shrug. Galaxy? Shrug.

That is the closest thing I can compare this horrible ending to. If Star Wars and all of its epicness had ended with the Death Star blowing up and cut straight to credits, that would be Mass Effect 3. It is almost like the devs ran out of time and just said screw it. 99% of this game is AMAZING and then the end ruins everything. After this and Dragon Age 2 my faith in Bioware is lost. Bioware just gave up, threw in the towel before the final shot to seal the deal on an awesome franchise.

I will be telling all my friends and anybody who asks about ME3 or any future Bioware game (Dragon age 3? Please just save your money Bioware don't even try) to save their money. ME3 will be the new troll for video games. "Ok game, but the ending was still better than ME3 trollolololol."

Oh and also your $10 DLC From Ashes was terrible to. It is one mission pretty much. Maybe roll an ending that isn't terrible into that DLC and kill two birds with one stone.
