Have no idea, I had 100k of Element Zero and 200k to 400k of all the other resources. Still only got 25 War Assets. The 100 War Asset bonus might have been cut.

IIRC, someone mentioned 100 with having over 200K of each. If so, I'm buckling in for some mining

As for why it matters, I'm doing only 1 more playthrough, NG+, and I don't want to play more multiplayer than I have to.

Collected them all, No Editing the save what so ever.

Just wish Element Zero was more Common, I think I drained most of the Element Zero Planet's.

Yea, tried a number of ways to see if I can get the 100 bonus for the Mineral Resources, to no avail.  I collected over 100K of Eezo, 350K of Iridium, and 280K - 300K of Platinum and Palladium; no dice.  I then thought maybe I also needed to visit all the planets in all the systems, so every nebula shows up as 100%.  Still nothing.  Finally I edited the savegame and gave myself 9,999,999 (I think, or whatever is the upper limit) of every mineral.  Zippo.

I have to say I got really good at the Earth-to-Mars-to-Citadel route.  Memorized every conversation point that you can fast forward via space bar to shorten the process and also used every conversation options I had while I was on this experiment.  Sigh...

I got the 100 War Asset Bonus. The Import is a bit glitchy or you need to beat the game once.

Left: Is the resources I had that Gave me the 100 War Assets.
Right: Is the resources I had that only gave me the 25 War Assets.

Iridium: 384543 <-> 329060
Palladium: 258409 <-> 247496
Platinum: 204,099 <-> 202002
Element Zero: 100,686 <-> 101453

The MP is pretty fun once you get a group going.

It seems that getting 100 War Asset Bonus requires 1,000,000 of mining resources. And apparently it doesn't matter how much of each resource you've got as long as it's 1M in total.
I had roughly:
iridium - 400K
palladium - 300K
platinium - 300K
eezo - 100K
It didn't take me long to mine it. It would have been even faster without reading all the planet's descriptions:)
