Not even a troll, that's what's sad. I wish I had NEVER played the ending. It made me legitimately cry and I felt depressed for an entire day.

The fact that people are so emotional about Shepard's endings is a testament to the greatness and success of the ME series.

That's like me killing your mother, causing you to slip into depression, and then me saying, "HA! That just proves how awesome of a mother she was!"

BioWare is officially in the same boat I put Ubisoft after Splinter Cell: Double Agent. Haven't bought a single game from them since...Just waiting on them to recapture my attention, which they've failed to do so far.

Like the game, but hate the endings for 3 reasons,
Why does the Shepard have to die without doing Multiplayer?
Why the **** is Joker in hyperspace when he should be at Earth with!!!
The endings make no sense at all!!!

I know what you mean. I own a great number of their games and I was soooo looking forward to ME3 until I learned what the outcome was. It got me so hot I not only refuse to buy it, but I went a bit crazy and removed all of my registered games, unsubed TOR, and was planning to boycott EA/Bioware entirely. I even tried to cancel my account, but it wouldn't let me.

Yes, I know, maybe a bit of an overreaction..just a tiny bit.

No idea if there will be one but Bioware just angered/hurt/disappointed/alienated a lot of their fanbase. Even DA2 with it's only two different endings had it so that Hawke ended up with her/his LI even if the endings were crappy and many people died, it still had something.

Heck Jade Empire with all the killing, death, and stuff allowed you to end up with your chosen LI at the end. DA:O allowed you to end up with your LI if you didn't take the self sacrifice route. Though the war with the Darkspawn had lots of sacrifice and many soldiers and civilians died in that game too.

Going this route with the game... it was a bad move. Sure there are people raving about the endings. Those are those who think that bitter endings should be the norm. However about 80% of us who don't like bitter crappy endings want some closure and want our Shepard's to at least end up with their LI's in the end and we didn't get that.

Im with you op - just got my ridiculously bad ending about 10 minutes ago...this ending just leaves...an empty hole. I cant even bring myself to play other saves, nevermind even think of playing another mass effect game again. Just completeley ruined 5 years of my life in just under 5 minutes, i dont even have the words to describe it.

No closure, no direction, all my squad just randomly flying off in the normandy...I mean why would joker even fly off? Would he not go looking for shepard in possible his last moments of living?

A character driven story, with no choice impacts, no epilogue on anything AT ALL thats relevant, what happened to hackett ? those on earth ? ...

you know what i cant even be bothered

I finished the game last night, and felt depressed afterwards. The ending wasn't bad per se, but it did seem out of place too me. Very unexpected.

Have you done this Mr. Fancypants?  Please do tell how different an NG+ ending is (and trust me, if BW made players do MP too for a perfect ending there would be more hell to pay), when there isn't any difference.

To those who are hoping for an "ending patch"; to think that Bioware will change the ending to their work of fiction to appease people who can't handle bittersweetness or tragedy is unrealistic in a patch is beyond unrealistic, so stop telling yourselves that 'it might' happen because you are just lying to yourself.

My problem with the ending is that there is no resolution, and what was offered was not fleshed out. It was not executed the way the game set it up to be. Parts of it didn't even make sense (vague spoiler)
