So im abit confused about the last 20mins or so starting from the truck....

So driving to the teleport tower that gets you to the Citadel, and boom you get hit.  Okay look around your team is no were to be seen.  Make it to portal, have a really depressing next 10 mins, and make your crappy choice.  Okay, do your choice and watch a light show. but than you see the Nomandy in warp.  An this is were im confused. 

1.  Why does it look like the normandy was alone traveling in the relay system.  Last I checked the ship was fighting around earth. 
2.  How was my team on the ship?  Last I check a reaper was blowing the hell out of me, Garrus and EDI.
3.  What happen to the fleets and the homeworlds?
4.  What happens to all the people around the galaxy now that the relays are well gone.  ( I remember Protheans at the tech to remake them)

Idk, Game just ended really bad.  Too many things left unanswered or that just really made no sense....

Welcome to the club. What you're saying is echoed by pretty much the entire internet that knows about ME3 and its disastrous endings.

2. A lot more time passed when you went through the portal, they evacuated.

3. Fleets probably got toasted, homeworlds are fine now without the repaers eating them.

4. they're trapped. My guess is the asaris or slarians have the tech to rebuild them, but it will take a long time. A la ME4.

1. Poor Editing gave you the wrong idea of what's going on. I don't think the Normandy is supposed to be out in the relay network, it's just running away from the energy pulse. Since the camera cuts straight from the energy firing through the Mass Relays to the Normandy, it makes it look like the two events are connected when in fact they are not.

Who knows, maybe Joker moved to get the hell out of dodge after you made the choice, seeing the giant doom bubble expanding. The reason they are on the Normandy is because Joker died when the blast caught up to him and all the squad mates have come to view Normandy as a home for them (only place in this time Javik really considers home)

If joker died it was from age or a nasty somthing later, he walked out my ship with EDI, and tali following.  Which begs the question, how did EDI make it back to the normandy when she was in the kill box zone of that reaper that took out hammer, and you.

Also like how that bast hit Shepard so hard, He was knocked out of his Collector Armor, and knocked into some blown the hell out of N7 armor... Priceless

She didn't, I meant it when I said Joker died, the planet they just landed on was a version of the afterlife or something, as for EDI being there it goes back to the question of whether Geth have souls or not and before Legion dies if you pick the blue option, Tali tells Legion that they do have souls.
just my theory of course.
My Shepard blew up the conduit thinking he would get to be with Tali and Garrus again, then comes the alive ending.
