One the galaxy map there is a reaper marker which should be a star system (where Omega is estimated to be) that can't be accessed. Could it be the future Omega DLC? But clearly, the present endings render such a DLC moot. Aria wouldn't event get the chance at sweet revenge vs. TIM.

Aria was on the Citadel which was eventually moved to Earth. Presumably, everything on the Citadel had been liquified at some point during or after the move by the Reaper forces. Aria, for all we know, is dead.

Or it could be set after the end, in which case I'd give it a shot.

Exactly how are you planning on getting there from Earth?

I love aria, so I was pumped for the prospect of it (and ive never bought dlc before).

After the endings though, ME3 DLC is on the boycott list.

Considering I absolutely destroy Cerberus and kill the Illusive Man before the end of ME3, exactly what sort of 'forces' could be left to hold Omega.

DLC's not related to the ending would make very little sense right now. The main story still leaves too many questions that don't get answered .

What would be the point of retaking Omega for Aria? You already can aquire the Terminus Fleet without it. And seriously, Aria is a brutal criminal, WHY should Shepard help her? She doesn't give me the impression to change things on Omega to a positive note.

I think it would be pointless to do an Aria DLC when we don't even know what happens to her at the end.

That would be rather pointless. I'm fairly certain Omega doesn't have much of an agricultural sector so once you reach the ending you've doomed everyone there to starvation.

I dont care , any dlc other then a alternate ending dlc is not worth my time
and defenitly not worth the money , why purchase extra content for a game thats broken.

( in my opinion anyways )

No thank you.

The problem with doing a Take Back Omega DLC is that Bioware run the risk of serious criticism over it because it really feels like it is something that ought to have been in the main game.

I feel the same!

Oh awesome we saved Omega!-
Oh everyone aboard the station is going to starve regardless?

What's the point?

Doesnt Aria specifically say she doesnt plan on taking back Omega until after the Reapers are defeated?

Aria, "Shepard! ive found a way to undermind TIM and a fool proof plan to take back Omega. Having control of the Omega station, or the Cerb intel they have there, will be valueable to your war against the reapers."

There, fixed. all it took was a private email.....

That's nice and all but Omega will suck after this ends.

The reapers are a bigger threat than Cerberus. She says this because if the reapers get to omega its toast because look how palaven and earth fared and they had the most powerful military in the galaxy. Omega doesn't have a proper army or navy so they will be crushed. I doubt aria can take on 5 banshees at once the reapers land in force.

Plus how is retaking omega going to provide war assets when we already have all the mercs united under us. I fail to see the importance of retaking it. Cerberus can keep it because its useless once a sovereign sized reaper shows up. Plus after horizon the reapers are actively attacking Cerberus so don't except the alliance to commit any ships or manpower when earth is burning, same goes for Palaven.

Rannoch is the exception because its very far and at the edge of the galaxy and opposite where the reapers started.

Given that taking back Omega was in the original script I'm sure that's the next planned DLC. Heck, Javik was in the script too and they took him out and made him DLC. Don't see why this would be any different.

The only way the upcoming Omega DLC could have been any more obvious is if they beat us over the head with a mallet with the words "There will be Omega DLC" engraved onto it.

If they make an "retake omega DLC" i will NOT buy it. In fact i won't buy any other DLC until they give us some more endings, or at least one that makes sense and finishes the story without any cliffhangers.

I would LOVE it if "Retake Omega" came into play AFTER the story of ME3.

Of course, that would have to mean the Indoc. theory, or something else, was true and the current ending was a dream.

But I would love it if Shep gets called back into action by Aria and has to not only hit Omega, but take out a few other fringe Cerberus operations throughout the galaxy.

I would also like to be able to use Jack and Miranda in my squad for this ...

Of course, ALL of this is contingent on a good ending.

Without the Mass Relay's, is getting back to Omega even possible? Maybe not.

Space magic, Bioware's writing team will find a way to do the impossible.

I heard this time the color is purple.

True. I have no ideia where Aria is at the end, but if she is on Earth there's no way she can come back to Omega. How much time would take to FTL travel from Earth to any cluster in the Terminus Systems (and what about the GIANOURMOUS amount of eezo the FTL drive will consume?). And even if she does, noone else will come to Omega. There's no more Galatic Civilization. Unless.....:wizard:
