I like that name... it is a very common baby name here in Australia well in my area it is.

Like my insanity characther in ME2 was called Insane
If Shepard was an elf, it would be easy. My characther in Kingdom of Amalur(EA game) is named Alzena(I think), which means "woman" apparently

My Shepard's first name was Eve since ME1, which made the situation with the Krogan female interesting. I could hear my Shepard think in the back of her head "Mordin, at least, you could say you named her after me, that would be nice!"

I'll explain them... I will say that I took a few faces from the face code websit website, and give them the same name the creator did as a form of respect. I mean, if I'm going to use the face they made, I should give them the same name.

Samus Shepard-female, soldier, Samus Aran is an awesome strong female character, so I named her after Aran

Shepard Shepard-male, vanguard, named his this because I got tired of everyone calling Shepard by only his/her last name, so this name meant that Shepard was both his first and last name

Jack Shepard-male, soldier, named so because Jack is one of the manliest, most badass, and awesome names for a male ever... And no, that isn't my name.

Hawk Shepard-male, infiltrator, named such because it's a fitting name for a really skilled sniper who has hawk-like vision.
