As I and many other people have pointed out, God-Child is at worst retarded and omnipotent or at best thinks it's omnipotent but it's just retarded. So what if it's wrong about the destroy ending wiping out synthetic life? What if it just, I dunno, wipes out biosynthetic abominations? (Though that doesn't help Shepard surviving and all) And I still can't justify Joker being in midtransit...and...well damn it I'm trying to see the brighter side of things, that counts, right? It's obvious the Guardian's logic is anything but sound.
